Not much focus on practical learning. Yes the institute provides research initiatives. Soft computing for electronics and communication engineering

Internships Opportunities

Yes they provide and actually we dont have any idea that why we are doing this. No stipend amount is provided as we do internship externally also

Placement Experience

According to my knowledge, our college has the maximum number of placement and companies like Intel and Microsoft visits our campus. Almost 30% students get placed per year

College Events

Yes. We are number one organising events like cultural, technical and managerial fest's. We have football tournament named baseline trophy. The management supports us and has contributed for our prestige.

Fee Structure And Facilities

75000 per year and extra fees are also charged. Don't know much about details as we have a fee scheme by our entrance commissioner to pay Rs.75000 an year for private self financing colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

College doesn't provide any loan. But they help us availing loan.

Hostel Facilities

Sharing upto 6 members in a room and charging huge amount. Food is worst as we recently had an issue on providing old food

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The college has interaction with our alumni. As our seniors are the pillars of our institute they contribute in the overall development of the college

Faculty

Mixed review for the faculty because we have not enough time for a semester with our vast syllabus. So we can't rate them based upon the current scenario. We all are in a hurry and have a lot of portions to be mugged up. We are educated by exam point of view. Not by practical learning.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Placement Experience:

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

I had applied for saitgaits,amal jyothi and cet. Considering cet,the fee and placements are high but the discipline and structured way is lacking.Now considering saintgaits and amal jyothi,there are more opportunities in mbcet to explore.. mbcet is also in the town and easily approachable via public transport.mbcet has a disciplined approach to studies.comparing the hostels too mbcet has one of the best hostels. I was rejected in cet for cs dept as i didnt aquire the required rank..i was accepted in both others but decided to join mbcet due to its status in society.
