I choose this course because of my batchmates share about this field is good and have exposure to world tour and explore new things College is basically Paramilitarry college so it effect a lot on every student our health and stamina quite good then average people because every one is doing pt in the morning Teaching method almost good but there is certain need to be improvement in teaching method i.e class should more interactive with student things should a little more deep fir better understanding Internal us held in every one mont and then semester exam is quite tough and all are under CCTV surveillance with examinnar

Placement scenerio is the beauty of our college from 2nd sem onward college start coming and placement percent os 98 almost all the student get placed here All the world top shipping company come here from NYK to Torm all the company visit our college and almost all get placed offer are like in which ship you are going to work like lng, tanker or Carrier Average package of our college is 8-9lakh My plan after degree is going for sailing till i didn't become the chirf engineer

Tution fee increase this year by 2lakh earlier it us used 11lakh 11 lakh including hostel charge and academic and take approx 3000-4000 thousands as pocket money is enough There is no scholarship provided by our college provide I am maintenance cadet of my hostel my and job is to check the uniform and bedcheck of cadet and any problem in the hostel regarding maintenance will be our work to inform higher authorities

Our college organise different fest in different month like when we coke here in 1st sem in the month of September college organise lit-o- sphere In which our college cadet participate in that then in the month of last week of february our college organise tempest in which all over india participate come and participate here then in mid march Passing out parade in which last our chief guest in Mr Nitin gadakri and this year governor of West Bengal is coming and then after in the month of April there will be Marathon organise by our college and then inter house competition in the same month All the book related bto marine are available and itvis india obe of the most advance library it's every facility is online as well as offline Sports activities are quite good

In 1st year each room having 6cadet in which each cadet had given 1bedsheet 1table 1chair and 1wadrobe Meal are average not that much bad and not that much good Registration of hostel is done at the time of hostel nothing any extra effort need to be put in No i had not rented any room because our college is only allow hostel which id inside campus

Eligibility you had score more than 60% in 12th standard and you should pas the exam IMUCET with good ranks and YOU have to pass medical test then only you are eligible for this college Imu held entrance exam which is available at imu website in the month of April and and on the 10 th june exam will be held and at 20 th june results will be declare Yes reservation is given to gn-ews, obc, sc, st and lady cadets If you are from general then your rank should be less than 1000 and exam level is less than jee mains Admission process is good and smooth good and easy for parents and student as well
