This college was on 7th rank in my preferences list as this college is not.much popular and as a outsider I knew only few college of Delhi University but because of normalisation process my marks cut down from 720 to 689 out of 800 which resulted my admission in DCAC. I applied to the top 10 colleges of DU, offering BA English honours. I scored 728/800 in my CUET exams and was allotted DCAC in the first list itself as there is no GD/PI to make up for marks. DCAC was on the 8th position of my list, I had applied to ( in order from 1-10) Hindu college, ST. Stephens, Kirori Mal college, Ramjas college, Miranda house, LSR, JMC, DCAC, IPCW and Venky. If I were better prepared for my entrance exams, I could have gotten a north campus college too, but I have no regrets as south campus offers more dedicated professors.
