Remarks

There is little bit of mismanagement in examination department infrastructure is taking long time to complete.

I gave CLAT entrance, I scored 73 marks in 2013 i am SC category Student so I easy got National Law University, Odisha lawyers are the social engineers and I want to bring social change in the society thats why I chose Law.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is excellent and faculty is good big asset NLUO have is student crowd students are good.

Internships Opportunities

It is good learning experience because i Interned in various places like high court of calcutta & delhi high court, bhopal (NGO, District Court) and jabalpur high court most important if you learn practically and try to grasp thing in such situation where You are alone and in different place.

Placement Experience

I wish to god It will be good, because our seniors placement is good beyond expectation so there is ample job opportunities, definitely we will get good job placement.

College Events

College festival is reasonably good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel mess is run by NLU,O students itself that mean non profit organisation, that is why it is good college fees is increasing year by year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes our college provide scholarship to those student who family income is below 5 lacs and student has good CGPA i am not sure about the loan facility.

Campus life is awesome there is gender disparity NLUO have good extracurricular activities mooting, debating, arbitration & mediation.

They are awesome guys, they always stand with the juniors whenever College conducts any function they visits the college and guide us.

Placement Experience:

In the 9th semester the students become eligible to sit for placements. Barucha and associates, Delloitte, Wadia and Gandhi, HDFC Ergo, Bajaj Finance are some of the companies which offered placement at our college. The Highest package was 15 lakhs and the average lpa was 4 lpa Around 50 percentage of students got placed.

THE LIFE AT NLUO

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are pretty good actually. Almost 35-40% of the students get placements and many others get pre placement offers. Even the average package is 10 lakhs per annum. Reputed companies like Indus Law, Trilegal, Khaitan visit the campus.

Life in NLUO

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite ok in NLU Odisha, mainly company visit the campus during final year of student for placement. Many students secure Pre Placement offer while internship during their penultimate year or last year. I think average package will gone upto 7-8 Lakh per annum.

In 5years integrated course of Law, students are eligible for getting placements in 9th sem out of 10th. & in 4year courses, students become eligible in 7th sem out of 8th as well. There should be no backlogs of tge student & the student should score more than 6CGPA of marks. After getting my degree I have planned for joking the academics lecturership in thus University.

NLUO is on a rise

For LAW it's the CLAT score that decides our university. GNLU, NALSAR and NLSUI were my first choice NLUs but my rank was less than 1200 and therefore I had bk choice but to take an NLU which is beyond top 5.
