NLIU Bhopal Scholarships

NLIU Bhopal offers Two Merit Cum Means Scholarships for meritorious students. The scholarship covers full tuition fees for the entire duration of the course. First Year Tuition Fee waivers are offered for students securing the highest marks in NLIU. The university offers scholarships from the Second to Fifth year based on their marks in NLIU Semester Exams. Along with marks the university also will consider the family income of the students. The annual family income should not exceed the amount as may be prescribed by NLIU Bhopal from time to time.

Library: Gyan Mandir Library housed at the university is air conditioned and offers a rich collection of learned tomes, national and international journals of law, humanities and social sciences along with E-resources.
Convention Centre: Justice J. S. Verma Memorial Convention Centre has 900 seat capacity and is utilized for conferences, lectures and other cultural activities.
Hostel: NLIU offers a separate hostel for boys and girls along with all the required facilities such as mess, Wi-Fi and other basic amenities.

NLIU Bhopal is best!!

Likes

Where some NLUs are losing its sheen, NLIU Bhopal has rose to the occasion and have met the expectations of law aspirants.
It is arguably the best law college of Lucknow.
Also many students from other NLUs take transfers here as soon as vacancy comes.

Dislikes

Like other NLUs the crowd here is not that diverse.

Admission:

I was rejected or rather not selected by top National Law Universities like NALSAR, NLSIU or NLU Jodhpur as it all depends on your CLAT score. With a rank of 8000, I could only be qualified for lower ranked NLUs. Thus, I am at NLIU which is also an NLU after all.

NLIU Bhopal is nestled well for student!!

Admission:

I wanted to go to NALSAR as it was my dream college but sadly i couldn't go there as my CLAT rank was 1350 and NALSAR take top 100 students if you are from general category. So, with my score and rank the best NLU that I saw was NLIU Bhopal.

So, I got a rank of 1600 All India and NLU Bhopal was where I got admission aa it was my home state or else I was getting admissions at NLUO and MNLU Mumbai too. Opportunities at NLIU

Admission:

To get into any National Law University for pursuing law one has to give the CLAT examination organised by the CLAT Consortium every year. It is one of the most difficult entrance exams right after you complete your high school. The usual eligible rank differs every year but a score of above 100 out of 150 will land you a good law school. The exam usually takes place in december which becomes an ideal time for those who want to give the exam in their 12th std itself as they don't have their boards and can later focus on their boards in the remaining three months.

National Law Institute University: Still Worth it in 2024?

Admission:

The admission is available only through the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). The college is alloted between 300 to 500 All India General Ranks, and between 500 to 900 to MP Domicile candidates. For B.Sc., it goes to 500 to 900 for AIR general and 1000 to 2000 for MP Domicile General.

The Best BLIU, Bhopal

Admission:

The eligibility criteria for the course is the 12th pass from any of the streams. After that student has to appear for the Common Law Admission Test that is CLAT. Through CLAT we can get admission in any of the 22 National Law Universities and some private colleges also take admission on the basis of your clat rank like NIRMA, KPM and Jagran Lake City University, Bhopal and many more colleges. CLAT is conducted by the Consortium Of NLUs. it is conducted once a year. If you want to take admission in the tier-1 NLU then you have to be under 500 AIR. some NLUs also provide vertical and horizontal reservations like caste and reservation on the basis of domicile.

You need to have passed 10+2 with 45% or more to be eligible for UG courses and 50% in UG degree to be eligible for PG courses. Then, you need to appear for CLAT-UG/PG for selection to NLIU Bhopal.

You can get admission to the Masters of Law (LLM) only on the basis of scores of the CLAT entrance examination. The registration process for the course has not yet started for the 2023 – 2025 academic session.

The cut-off is determined on the basis of various factors such as strength, difficulty, etc. CLAT Result 2023 has been published on December 23, 2022, by the Consortium of NLUs in the form of a scorecard of CLAT 2023. You can also check the cut-off for the year 2022 to get the reference. NLIU Cut-Off
