NLIU Bhopal Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The college boasts a robust placement record, with nearly 100% placement rate observed in recent years. In 2014-15, 38 out of 40 students who opted for placements were successfully placed, and around 30 students were placed in 2015-16. Top-tier law firms such as Amarchand & Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, along with companies like ICICI Bank and Bajaj Allianz, frequently recruit from the campus. The highest package offered is up to 20 lakh per annum, while the average package ranges between 8-16 lakh per annum.

The placement process includes Day Zero placements, rolling placements, and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), with firms and organizations conducting interviews primarily during the fourth and fifth years. Internship opportunities are plentiful, starting as early as the third year, with stipends ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 per month depending on the firm. The college's Placement Coordination Committee actively facilitates both internships and full-time placements, contributing to the strong employability of its graduates.
