Review on Techno International New Town

My course was Btech in information technology and i choose this course because of increase in demand of IT technology and as i was bit excited to learn coding language. Now coming to faculty member no doubt they have highly qualified and helping faculty member but the only demerit is that student teacher ratio is very less they have only 8 faculty member.All faculty member are gate qualified some have more than 22 years of teaching experience. Terms exams are very easy and one demerit is that makaut is still following their o;d syllabus which need to be updated. And sem exams are moderate.

fees structure are increasing very rapidly in techno college when i took admission in 2020 fee was 400000 for 4years including everything but currently in 2024 its around 700000 for 4 years. But if you are from bengal then you can apply for different types of scholarships but remember its only for bengal people not for outsiders. And coming to placements many companies visit this college because techno is very renowed college but remember you have to work hard to get placement above 5lpa. This college avg placement is 4.5lpa

College life is not that good because they have two colleges in same campus. And annual fest are conducted in the month of may and student organizes different types of tech fest like techo pedia, hachkathon, arambh. Coming to availability of books they have big library but with useless books. Classrooms are quite big with projectors. If you are thinking about sports then you are coming to a wrong college because this college has nothing related to sports. They have only one basketball court where student play basketball, cricket, football as well as badminton

For getting admission in Techno international newtown you have to fill wbjee form and after giving this exam you have to do wbjee counselling and there you will be alloted this college according to your rank basically your rank should be less than 20k for getting Information technology.And some improvement which i would like to address is that document verification should be done online rather than offline its very difficult for everyone to come to kolkata.
