Likes

Sports facility and well equipped complex
The infrastructure is well defined and great.
The student body is very active and gives you a great recognition.

Dislikes

No college fest that interest you happens here.
Attendance is very strict and you have to attend college almost daily.
The lectures are very early in the morning.

Course Curriculum Overview

The subjects are very decent and interesting.i am currently in my 4th sem and have been experienced nice course curriculum uptil now. The faculty is very cooperative but not all of them. Even though college teaches you well but you still need to rely on YouTube and self study.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships programs offered by the college that one could use of. Other than that there are a lot of financial aids provided to the students in need. College is very supportive in this matter.

Campus Life

The sports facility is very very nice . Any student studying in this college gets all the sports facility as well as gym too. The societies are also very active. Overall the student body is very great. A great Library with sufficient resources are also there.

Admission

I have given CUET and went through the admission process via smarth counseling and was allotted my seat in 3rd round. This is the only way to get admission in any du college. You need to clear CUET to bag a seat in Delhi University.

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower....Read More

MAC is magnificent!!

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too....Read More

My personal experience of MAC

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission....Read More
