I chose this course because I love Electronics and Electrical machines. There are average 7 facilities per 60 students is very good. Most of the Faculty have doctorate and Post Graduation degree Like ( Master Of Technology) From Renowed Colleges Like IIT Kharagpur, Jadhavpur University and IIEST Shibpur

We become eligible for campus placements from 6 semester onwards. The number of Renowned Companies that visited our College are TCS, Wipro,Tech Mahindra, Kpit, Trianz, KPMG, IBM, Cognizant, Amazon The highest package offered was 22 Lakhs Per Annum, and there were 750+ offers were made the average package was 4.5 lakhs per annum The percentage of students getting placed was 147 percent. My plans after getting degree is to get a stable job so I can support my family

Initially our Course fees was 40,000 rupees which was then hiked to rupees 50,000 in mid semester after an government circular. The overall course fees is 450000 - 500000 rupees and given the reputation and placement record of this college it's very efficient. You can Avail Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Scholarship while studying in college.

The Annual Tech Fest of our College is Arcadia, it is conducted in the month of April - May, many prominent singers like Shreya Ghosal, Sonu Nigam, Amit Trivedi and Mika Singh Have performed here. Books required for all courses of Engineering are available in the Library of renowned authors. The classrooms are well equipped with all modern facilities like projector etc overall the branches and ambiance of the classrooms are very good. The sports culture of our College is very good you can play cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, Badminton etc there are proper coaches and seniors who guide and improve your game. There are Tech clubs run by the seniors those who are interested can join it without paying any cost

We are provided with rooms which are shared by 2 students. The size of the rooms are adequate for students. We are provided a bed a chair and a study table, we also have a cupboard in which we can store various items. The mess food quality is average, many students dislike the mess food. To avail the hostel facility students need to contact the college authorities during the process of admission, the students need to act quick if they want to accomodate in the hostels because there is a first come first serve policy in the hostels. Overall the hostels are affordable, the monthly rent is 2000 rupees and the monthly fooding bill can vary upto 3000 rupees depending on the number of working days in the month.

I was admitted in this course through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination.The application form is available on the website wbjee.nic.in, the exam fees is 500 rupees, There's no caste based reservation in our College. The admission process is fare and is based on merit basis
