Course Curriculum Overview
High RoI, among the top 10 universities of India, good faculty and teaching experience, good placements and high alumni network base. High flexibility due to it being a govt college, good exposure, practical learning and networking opportunities
Placement Experience
quite good, high RoI, number of companies visiting depends on the year, a high number of students get placed some even with double or triple offers, for coding/sde roles, very high packages are found, core companies also visit the campus
Fees and Financial Aid
200 per month, 2400 per year, 9600 for 4 years. For information technology department, the fees is a bit high , around 30,000 for 4 years, still comparable and much lesser than other private colleges.
Campus Life
high amount of flexibility availble, student run clubs, events, high degree of support from professors and alumni, extra-curricular activities can be performed on campus, gymnasium available, books and journals present in central library, annual fest, Sanskriti and Srijan are pretty famous
Admission
Have to get a good rank in WBJEE, 85% Govt Quota for WB people, no application form per se, ranks opened as per the opening and closing ranks of the departments, other quota like sports might be available, eligibility can be found on the internet
