Academy Of Technology Review as a student

I chose this course ECE for my dream. Actually my dream job is LOCOPILOT in Railway. So I didn't chose computer science. I chose ECE for this and there backup is IT job. That's all the reasons. Faculty is very good. Almost all the teaches are IITian or form well known colleges. They teaches very well. They write books also. Overall faculty is very good no doubt. Semester is taken after 6 months. And there are 2 semesters in a year. We have to follow the organizer or previous year questions to pass the exams.

After 6th semester students become eligible for the campus placements. Placements are very decent and good. Last year 147% placements occured , which is quite good. TCS, Cognizant, Capegemini, Tech Mahindra, IBS software and many other well known companies visit the campus . The highest package is 46 LPA in amazon . Average Package is 4.2 LPA . Overall placement is good.

Fee structure is decent. We have to give semester fees per semester and that is 47000. As a private college and as per faculty this is decent. And yes there are many scholarship opportunities. TWF (Tuition Fees Wavior) candidates have to pay only the developments fees. And Swami Vivekananda Scholarship is also given.

Campus is very big. That is about 10 acres which is really very big. Totally no smoking campus. And others facilities are very good. Inter college sports tournament is occured . And the Annual fest is ARCADIA is one of the biggest cultural fest in west Bengal. There are also books in the library. And classrooms are very good , well furnished. Students chapter are there that are the social group.

In AOT admission process is done by WBJEE( West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination). As i remember the cutoff of my course that is ECE was 36000 rank. I ranked 16000 . So after the very first councilling i got selected . And then document is verified in the college. Some reservation benefits are provided for some caste, and pwd candidates, which are provided in the college own website.
