Course Curriculum Overview

The course Electronics and communication is very High demanding booming domain in upcoming future. The facilities of our college is very helpful, supportive. They all are very high qualified, PhD holder from renouned institution.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 94000 per year

Internships Opportunities

From the end of 5th semester our internship started. TCS , CTS , Wipro, Infosys they are mainly coming for internship. They gives us good package. The avarage package is 3.4 lpa . The highest package in last year was 45 lpa.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester I are eligible for internship in reknowned mnc . Our on campus placement are starting at 7th semester. TCS , CTS , Wipro, Kpit and many more. Last year more than 90% students are placed successfully. Our last year highest package is 45 lpa at Amazon. And the avarage package is 4 lacs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is between 4 lacs to 6 lacs . I get Swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship. (Svmcm) . This scholarship is very much essential for me . West Bengal government provide this scholarship according to merit . 60 percentage in higher secondary examination.

Campus Life

Our campus is very much green. There is a beautiful pond in the centre of our campus. Arcadia is our annual fest. Every year in the month of April - may it held. Our class room is very clean as well as toilet. There is a huge book bank in our library.

Admission

Higher secondary Mark's should be more than or equal to 60 percentage. I have given Wbjee exam , in 2022. I have also appeared in jee mains exam . I have successfully qualified all of them with good marks . All details will be found in respective Wbjee website.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

1)I applied to TMSL and heritage insitute of technology but i choose AOT over them because in tmsl there are no hostels and in heritage i got ece. 2)Admission to our college is through wbjee, jee mains,JELET (for lateral). no need to worry about admission process you just need all require documents and proofs to get admission. 3)From heritage i got rejection because i don't get cse there.(my rank was 10k). 4)mostly students came here through wbjee in 2025 cutoff of cse this year was approx 30 to 35k....Read More
