There is a big basket ball court in campus.
The teacher are helpful and techer help in academics.
There is a big pond in college campus nad a cricet ground.

Dislikes

Canteen food quality is not far good enogh.
There is no parking space provided by the college.
Attendance criteria is strict you have to attend college regularly foe 75%attendance

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very fine.The faculty members are very helpful.And Faculties are well educated and The teaching method is good.the term exam is on time and exam are very difficult to score good arksif you study well you will absolutely get good marks.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 35000 for full B.tech course.And there will be an extra 12000 rupees per year for development of exam.There is also on-campus placement with stipend of 4.5lakh/year.Big Big techcopanies visited to our campus.

Campus Life

The campus life is very interesting.There is ARCADIA host in our college campus.The is a big central library where approx 50000 thousand books available.And the clubs like SCSCE group run by students.

Hostel Facilities

There is a big hostel in college campus.There is all double bed rooms in hostel .The food quality is very good .Also you can rent a room orpg outside the college campus.I also lived in mess outside the college.

Admission

I am prince kumar singh.A computer science and engineering student.Currently studying in 2nd year.I appeared in WBJEE entrance exam and secured 9000 rank and got admitted in academy of technology.The cut off of CSE is 12000 in 2022.And in year 2023 cut off of CSE is 14000.The application form is available on WBJEE Website.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

1)I applied to TMSL and heritage insitute of technology but i choose AOT over them because in tmsl there are no hostels and in heritage i got ece. 2)Admission to our college is through wbjee, jee mains,JELET (for lateral). no need to worry about admission process you just need all require documents and proofs to get admission. 3)From heritage i got rejection because i don't get cse there.(my rank was 10k). 4)mostly students came here through wbjee in 2025 cutoff of cse this year was approx 30 to 35k....Read More
