Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose this coure because there is high demand of doctors in india, and i can make money, there are enough faculty for this course, all the faculties are well qualified, the interm exams are frequent and they are easy to pass

Internships Opportunities

3

We have good internship opportunities, after 4.5 years we have to do a compulsory internship, where we can learn from practical experience, which will help us to be a good and skilled doctor to serve our country

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 9k and There is no fee hike, fees are very affordable, and there is svmcm scholarship for poor students, there the students can get 60k rupees yearly, if they get 60% marks in their exams, so it is a very good government initiative

Campus Life

2

Anual fest is rhapsody, which is organized every year, all the books are available in Library if they have a Library card, there is clubs for every sport, if you are passionate in something you can perform well here

Hostel Facilities

4

bed, one table and one chair is provided in hostel room; 4 people live in one room. There is pg in locality but they are very costly Meal quality is good, registration process for hostel is very smooth and fast

Admission

First you have to prepare for neet ug and get the cut off rank, application fees is 2000, but reservation can give discounts, admission process is good, but admission day is very hectic, you have to run here and there for admission in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is completely based on NMC new guidelines. Along with the theory classes where we know the structure and their working in dissection we actually see them on cadaver . Lectures should be more interesting as it's get boring to literally listen the concepts for first time like a story and at the end we forget everything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Medical field is a really good field in my opinion to serve humankind and learn about science of nature and life!the curriculum is a little overpaced and there are 19 subjects which are taught in a timespan of 4.5 years which is a bit hectic! There are 4 professional exams and 9 semesters which have pretty good difficulty and assess our skills and education. We have regular examinations in around 4-5 months each. Only thing id like to change in the curriculum is better assessment of many topics which are taught pretty well but aren't examined much leading us to waste our time in focussing on them.
