Review about NITC from a student of NITC(Jee percentile - 98.8)

I chose Electrical and Electronics becoz it was the best that I could get according to my rank . Student faculty ratio is around 12:1. NITC has a wide range of faculties from new to experienced faculties. Some faculties are superb while others are strict and boring. It depends on person to person and one's likes and dislikes . Overall I would say faculties here are preety good.

Sudents will become eligible for placements starting from 4th year. However many students also get ppo(pre placement offers ) starting from 3rd year. Companies visited varies from year to year. some of them are Apple, Microsoft , Google,, Tata and Others such as PSU etc. More detailed information can be seen from nitc website(nitc.ac.in) Highest package offered is 67.5 lakh (CTC ) offered by Google and average is 12.58 lakh

Students can avail fee concession by providing valid income certificate. Fees are as follows 1) Income greater than 5 lakh- 74500 2) Income between 1 and 5 lakh - 32800 3) income below 1 Lakh- 12000 Job you can get is fabulous . It depends on your skills but NITC has its own brand value which helps you in getting placed. We have good highest package upto 67 lakh(this year) per annum . But the cons is only few peple get this. and thousands of talented people have to compete for this package

1)Fest- There ar two fest a) RAGAM- Annual fest , It will happen during the month of february b)Tathva - Tech fest . It will happen during month of november 2)Availability of books in library- Preety much every book is available in library 3)Amenites of class- Class is clean and well maintained 4)Sports- Every year the college will select players to represent NITC at Inter Nit 5) Clubs- There are wide range of clubs ranging from Coding Club to rbotics to Cultural club to Dance Club and what not

Hostel facility is pretty good . We can call cleaning staffs when we require . Toilet and bathrooms are well maintained. The main good thing here is the food. Nitc students can get food ranging from briyani to chola bature to all dishes. There will be a student representative of mess secretary who controls the mess menu.
