The faculty of Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology is very good and their qualification is also very good. All faculty have obtained qualifications from higher institutions and many teachers are Phd holders.

We have to get into internship from ourselves. College do not have much options for the internship to get the best training. But if i get some help in terms of paid internship then it would be great. College do provide mini internship.

There are very few campus placements but most of them are off campus. You are eligible for placement here from 4rd year . Students from Computer Science and Electronics branches get more opportunity for placements.

Campus Life

There is Spardha competition in sports and fest of college is Scintilla. There are many types of clubs in the college and the college is in a hilly area. The greenery and mountains around the college are very beautiful.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are the same everywhere, there are many boys hostels like Gomukh Hostel for the first year, Nanda Devi Hostel for the second year, Aravali for the third year, Vidyanchal and New boys Hostel for the final year.

Admission

It is mandatory to appear for JEE Mains entrance examination for admission to Bipin Tripathi Kumar Institute of Technology College. And counseling is done by Uttarakhand Technical University, after that you go to the allotted college and get your admission done. Then you have to go to the college and submit the documents and fees for the admission process in the college. Spot counseling is also done. If you have already selected Tuition Fee Warrior (TFW) seat, only then it will be allotted to you during counselling.

Placement Experience:

Room for placements can't be better than GEU. As our department which isn't much in demand and still over 80% of placements rate itself is a story worth telling. I am so glad that it is happening and this is the reason I feel so good studying here as I can't do more as placements care are taken by the university very well.

GEU is super amazing!

Placement Experience:

It's in the final year as once the final year begins, students are asked to pull their socks up and go limitless as nearly 100 or rather much more are there at the campus and interest in CSE students is the highest. Also, there's a large section of IT students who are placed from GEU every year and that too without much of an effort.

Versatile college with good RoI

Placement Experience:

One of the best thing I saw here is placement. If a student is willing to do job then this college is appropriate place from him or her.. Students are placed in IT , SALES , FINANCE, EDTECH , TRANSPORT, DRUGS , etc Students are eligible for jobs and placed from the beginning of pre final semester and can apply in each and every company as per required skills. Not big tech Faang companies visit the campus but a decent level IT companies and limited visit the campus. And conduct their interviews and exams process. Although interview rounds are tough and offcourse nail biting competition among the students. The highest package this year till now 34 LPA by an American MNC . Average package is 550000. Approximately 90 percent students got placed in different domains and fields. My plans are so clear. I will take the job first in IT companies and get some experience on ground level and will grow further.

GEU is a world class place to study!

Placement Experience:

Pringle, The Sleep Co, Lenskart, Luscious, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Google, Facebook and every tech company which potentially can come have come to our college for placements. On and average placements worth 6-40 LPA are common. Since some students miss out so on a whole the placements average stands a little below 10 LPA.

Doon University - A descent college for btech course for residents of dehradun

Placement Experience:

The placements of this particular college are not good as much as i have heard about the placements of this university's before batches. They are still fighting and trying to get better placements for the senior batches which I wish they get it done, or i dont know what will happen in my time. The 7th or 8th semester is the one from which the students become eligible for campus placements. The name of the companies which offered were TCS, Infosys, HCL, Amazon, ICICI Bank etc. the average package of the college is about 4-5 LPA. Onlu 50-60% of the students or lesser are getting placements in the college. My plans are to do Mtech afterwards i complete my btech course in this college.

The admission process was very nice and in an organized manner .The admission on the basis of jee mains examination that we gave and for different course the eligibility is also different the application form is available in mechanical engineering department and application process and fee submission process also held there and the application date is around 28 September 2022. Step to next level of life

Yes I got the seat by clearing jee mains and I have enough rank to got the seat of computer science engineering. My big sister is the alumni of this college and she said it's good for me for better growth and I also near to my family and culture.
