Teachers have good behaviour and we can easily ask the doubts from them
Few teachers are very helpful they help all the students in their doubts and also in the person things
We have Sports and also few fest that helps the student to rejoy

Dislikes

We don't have any campus we cannot enjoy our campus life
We have a common number it is closed after NBA visited our college
Common room for boys and girls is closed after NBA visited

I got this course on the basis of my wbjee marks and i had no option, Though I have no interest in it Faculties are qualified and good Term exams are not conducted timely and it delays months one two

Class Size: 23Course Fees: INR 555000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are generally eligible in 4th year for campus placement and talking about companies like take Mahindra TCS Infotech generally higher the students from college till now I have not decided whether do higher studies or not

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is high talking about scholarship we can available scholarship that is for the states student only means you are living in West Bengal and the scholarship is called Swami Vivekananda scholarship.

Campus Life

Books are available in library and environment is good and student can focus on study while learning or sitting library We have college clubs like sargam for singing which is run by the college seniors

Hostel Facilities

We do not have any college hostel we have to stain hostels which are which are nearby College only and hostel list average food qualities also average you don't have to register for any hostel we can directly move to the hostel and ask to the owner for a room

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

We have to entrance exam wbjee, or jee mains . Application form are available both offline and online Admission process in offline is smooth, but still few things need to be corrected, student can tfw Quota.

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

A Deep Dive into JGEC

Placement Experience:

From 4th year the students become eligible for on campus placements. Few companies that visited are BEL which offered 12lpa , wtw which also offered 12lpa , TCS which offered 9 lpa highest, and many more . Highest package offered this year was 54lpa by Microsoft (off campus) . On campus highest was BEL which offered 12 lpa , the average package is around 8 lpa . My plan is to prepare myself for government exams and get a job by the end of my 4th year .

the cirricullum is quite relevent and comprehensive . BTECH program especially CSE includes specializations like data sciene , cybersecurity, IOT, etc . Exams are held twice in a semester . the college could include hand on learning through workshop , industry project and interships .

MSIT KOLKATA COLLEGE REVIEW

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
