think the best thing about VJTI is the crowd and campus life. You meet a lot of extremely talented students. There are a lot of technical, cultural and literary clubs in which you can participate, which really adds to your personality and teaches you a lot of things. We have lectures and seminars from some of the most talented personalities from across the globe. VJTI is ranked as the best college in Mumbai.

I got into this college by appearing in an all india based exam called JEE which is an engineering entrance exam. The rati of my 12th marks and the marks obtained inthe entrance exam were calculated together. the average of both the exams came to be as 98.30% hence today I am a 3rd year student of this college.

VJTI is affiliated to Mumbai University hence there ia no difference between the subjects. They are similar to the syllabus of the other colleges

There are internships offered to the students on which enhances their capability of learning along with some amount which they earn as stipend. The internships are for more than 2months and the stipend offeres is not more than 5000/- ( The highest stipend offered last year).

This is one of the best college in terms of placements. It offers placements for almost all the students studying here. There are several multinational companies visiting every year for the recruitment some of them are TCS, Capgemini, IBM, Simens, Wipro and many other and even the package been offered is quite good .

There are several events where we participate. Some of the in cultural programs celebrated are Pratibimb, Enthusia, SRA, Rangawardhank and many more.

Fees structure too is similar to other colleges Being a open category student i have to paid 94,000 this year. The fee structure varies for other category students, but the scholarships are been offered to everybody hence we get some amount refunded.

There are hostel facility available but am not aware about the extra charges how is to be paid.

My experience with the faculties is really very good. The faculty members were quite helpful and very well qualified. They would help us in every way they could. Some of the faculty members had graduated from IITs. The teaching methods were old fashioned but the faculty managed to try everything they could.
