Shivajirao S. Jondhale College of Engineering (SSJCOE), Thane was established in 1994 by Samarth Samaj. This engineering college is one of the esteemed institutions of S. H. Jondhale educational complex and it is named as Shivajirao S. Jondhale College of Engineering.The college arranges workshops in the areas like stress management, time management, interpersonal skill, communication skill, interview skills, which benefit the students.

The vision of the college is to impart futuristic technical education through our dedicated staff, who shall set global standards making our students technologically superior and ethically strong who in turn shall improve the quality of life of the mankind. The mission of the institute is to educate students from all over India, including those from local and rural areas, so they become enlightened individuals, improving the living standards of their families.
It is situated 3km from Dombivli railway station on the eastern side Sonarpada, Dombivli (E) Dist. Thane M.S. India. The campus is spread over 17 acres of prime land with beautiful landscape and buildings and all facilities.
The college has six departments: Computer Engineering, Information technology, Chemical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering.

Annual Festivals:-

Odyssey:

Odyssey is the annual cultural festival of the college held in the even semesters.

Colosseum:

Colosseum is the annual Inter-Collegiate technical festival of the college held before Odyssey.

Kridaratna:

College's annual Intra-college Sports Festival is named as 'Kridaratna'. It is held in the third week of January. Outdoor games like Overarm Cricket, Box Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Tug of War & Indoor games like Carrom, Chess, Badminton, Table Tennis, Pool & Snooker are held.

Admission process is through CAP round of cet or you can also take direct Admission as per the college i dont think its worth that much of salary tbh. But i am not the one to judge maybe its less. But Admission was good but they are careless with your information. They need all these documents again and again annoying for real

My life in jondhle college as a mechanical guy

Admission:

As the college is tier 3 college . Cutt for CET marks wasn't high at all. I got selected with 65 marks in CET exam. So it was an easy admission process for me.The management was really very helpful .they coordinate with me until my admission process was successfully completed.

College infrastructure is very good but still some part is under construction

So, my admission process was totally online and very smooth. The college office was good to us and we're extremely polite. I was a diploma student so I took admission directly in the second year. I had applied to other colleges too but due to the general category, I got this one in the online process. Here the admission criteria for chemical engineering are very low... You can get admission even if you have 55% on your diploma. During the admission process and guidance provided by the college office staff was very helpful I got the admission just 2 days after the display of the online allotment list and you were allowed to sit for the lecture from the first day itself.

Its was basically one of my day in which I just struggled everywhere for the very first day of my college, for mark sheets xerox, stapler, fevicol, etc and it was difficult for me to do all that by my own, as soon as I reached my college I just got to know that I have to attach 5 copies i.e xerox of each mark sheets or document then college had just helped me to move on from my panic mode to a cool mode by just handling the situation, they just help me to copies or xerox by their own and all they did very calmly, the whole credit goes to college. Very understanding the situation what exactly the student is in panic mode for the very first admission for degree college. I am very much glad for the situation handling and student resolving issues.

It has credited B+ by NAAC. Its vision is to impart quality technical education for creating competent and ethically strong professionals with the capabilities of accepting new challenges. It is situated 3km from Dombivali station. If you are really dedicated towards your future and you live in Kalyan, Dombivali or nearby cities this is the best place for you, as you can save your precious time from less traveling and can use this time in doing something productive. The staffs are really supportive. The placements here are not too great but the staffs do support in getting it from other colleges, institutes or companies.
