About SVPCET
St Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology was established in 2004 by the Nagpur Pallottine Society in Nagpur. It is a fast growing institute of the Pallottines. In this short span of time, the College has grown in the field of quality education in the region and is serving the whole nation. Over the short period of time since its inception, the college has proved to be one that considers its duty to students and society as primary.
The campus is spread on 20 acres land on NH 7 connecting Mumbai and Kolkata just 18 km from the Railway station and eight km from the airport.
The College was ranked 65th by the DateQuest-NASSCOMADC survey of best 200 T-Schools of 2005. The College has topped the First Year Nagpur University results and many students have brought laurels to the Institution by securing top ranks in the University.
The biggest advantage of the location of the college is its proximity to Buti Bori, which is the the biggest industrial estate of Asia and the area for upcoming MIHAN project.

I tried in various colleges through Cap Round but I got allotment in this college with a benefit of TFWS scheme so I took admission in this college and because of it disciplined , highly qualified teaching staff I took admission in this college.
Likes
- Campus of college is really clean and green . Complete campus is well maintained . College campus includes sports ground , multifacility center , girls as well as boys hostel , 2 canteens , parking area .
- Discipline of college , We know Pallotti College is known for its discipline . All students here have to maintain discipline rules by college . Discipline is majorly attracted by parents for this college
Dislikes
- I think college neglect to opportunities at various fields . Even if students are going for internships / workshop college many times doesnt support in this case .
Admission:
As per MHTCET score I got this college . Mainly , in nagpur no college offered CSE along with data science . This multidisciplinary field was one of the reason I took admission in this college . Eligibility for the admission is you have to clear MHTCET / JEE exam .

- Since the campus is out of the city we have to travel like 11 km and its apart from the highway the road touching college to highway is very bad not constructed
- The faculties can't speak English properly and don't know how to cooperate

Beautiful personal issues I have to take this college but I don't suggest to take admission in just college electrical engineering and faculties are not that of well trained and all. Most of the faculties and non teaching staff have rude behaviour. If I have some doubts regarding the admission or notice or any technical things that issues treated you are very disrespectful or rude manner

I am getting another branch like in another college but I prefer to get IT branch in so it is having IT branch only in this college admission process is very easy you can give CET exam and then it apply for it it's cut of his now it is 94% for CS and IT I apply for Ramdev Baba college but I am not getting my dream branch so I get in this college that branch

- College is too much strict, if you entered in college at 9 am but you can't come out of the gate before 4 pm

The admission process is too easy any person can do this process without getting any kind for forbiddance You can get in this college on the basis of JEE-mains score & MH-CET score The cut-off difference on the basis of your category

- Coding trainers are not from outside and inside teachers are not too good for Btech.

They do not have any entrance exam, but they conduct their own test for aptitude and general knowledge I guess. My admission was done on the basis of 10th and 12th percentages in the pallotti college .

Admission:
Admission process is very simple if you are directly applying through Cap-round of MHT-CET. But if ypu are applying through management quota you have to fill the form and then you get selected according to the applications and your rank. This is process of admission.
Likes
- Teachers are helpful, even if they are strict they teach all the syllabus thoroughly and take revisions before exams, and are even available of lectures if students have any doubt.
- The college is strict and does not support ragging. Even seniors are nice and helpfull.
Dislikes
- There are no fests or events if we leave the one week in the year where all the events are held.
- The college is to strict, you have to roam around the college, here and there tobgather the permission to leave
Admission:
My cet result was 86 persentile which allowed me to be eligible for admission during the first cap round as the cutoff for that time was around 82 persentile I think. The admission process could be long as it goes through various verification processes.

Admission:
Anyone above 75% in 12th and 10th can apply for the college if you want the admission directly. If you want to come through cap round, you'll need to fill it in accordance of the provided dates. Admission process is simple , requires 10th and 12th marksheet, cap round certificate and marksheet , aadhar card, etc basic stuff and you will also need TC and character certificate which you acquire from schools. The whole procedure of admission takes about 2 hours and not more, you can apply to college by their official site, campus visit, or direct admission.

I got admission through mhtcet score which are average as per general category by cap admission, i filled the form for cap and i got this college, i took admission in three to four days. Admission process was quite smooth

Admission is done based on entrance exam to be conducted in February 2024 for PG courses and that for UG courses have already been over.
