SVPCET Nagpur Admission Dates 2027

Admissions for the 2026-27 batch have concluded following DTE Maharashtra CAP rounds. The next cycle for the 2027-28 batch will be anchored by MHT-CET 2027, with DTE Maharashtra CAP counselling expected in June to July 2027.

SVPCET Nagpur Courses and Fees

SVPCET Nagpur offers a broad programme portfolio spanning engineering, management, and vocational disciplines. SVPCET Nagpur Admission Process

SVPCET Nagpur follows the DTE Maharashtra Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for all its degree programmes. Maharashtra domicile candidates and Home University (Nagpur University) candidates get priority in CAP seat allotment.

B.Tech Admission

Eligibility for B.Tech at SVPCET requires passing 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 50%. OBC, SBC, and EWS candidates need a minimum of 45%. SC and ST candidates need a minimum of 40%.

• Appear in MHT-CET (preferred) or JEE Main and obtain a valid score.
• Register on the DTE Maharashtra CAP portal (cetcell.mahacet.org) during the registration window.

B.Tech Lateral Entry

Diploma holders in engineering with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) are eligible for lateral entry. Selection is through MHT-CET DLETE and DTE Maharashtra Lateral Entry CAP, with direct admission to the second year of B.Tech. The lateral entry fee is INR 4,77,000 for three years.

M.Tech, MBA, and MCA Admission

M.Tech admission requires a B.Tech/BE degree with a minimum of 55% and a valid GATE score. Admission is through DTE Maharashtra M.Tech CAP. MBA admission is through MAH-MBA CET counselling by DTE Maharashtra, requiring graduation with a minimum of 50%. MCA is similarly through MAH-MCA CET counselling.
