Remarks

The college is the topmost college. It got a nice campus, nice teachers, there were good positive vibes for students. The only drawback is that the number of students are so much. The admission should be reduced by making other branches.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course is very good because it’s a professional course. The whole M.tech course was 2 years long in which I had gone through many exams and many lab practicals. Sometimes it becomes hectic because there were many subjects for which we have to study at a time. But we realize that much hard work is necessary for the course as it makes you a better person as well.

Placement Experience

5

Many best companies came here like Microsoft, HP, Dell, and many more. In my batch, there were 30 students. After passing out our college itself provides us the opportunity to work in their own college. In placement companies, the highest salary provided is 24.5 lakhs per year and the lowest salary is 10 lakhs per year so the average salary is around 17 lakhs per year. Our college makes us that much efficient so that we can work in any hospital. In my batch out of 30 students got an internship in the same college.

College Events

4

The event celebrated in our college was a heartbeat. In that, there were many sub-events like singing, sketching, paper crafting, games like running, weight lifting, kho kho, volleyball, basketball, treasure hunt, cricket. For the teacher also the event held. They also play games with students to make better commutation with students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee was 3 lakh/year for 2 years they use to take hostel fee which was 75000/year. The fee can be made from a loan also. The fee can also be given per semester also. I use to spent around 10000rs per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were facilities for the scholarship. I personally got a scholarship of around 50000rs. And also there were loan facilities from any bank. I don’t know much about this because I never took that. But my friend took it and he told me that the student loan is at the interest of 5%. Many banks gave loans to this college.

Campus Life

4.5

As the college contains both Male and females but males are more. The students do their parties by themselves but invite the teacher as well. We organize cultural events in the search of new talent in college. In every hostel, there was a playground where we used to play cricket, volleyball, and many other games. The college canteen was so good that they provide us many options to eat and were hygienic.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel was too big as it can contain up to 1000-2000 students per hostel. The infrastructure is very nice. It cost around 75000 per year. For the PG’s the hostel was also there. Its costs Around 1 lakh annually. They provide us wifi, centralized AC.

Alumni/Alumna

Overall the college is good in terms of teaching, infrastructure, facilities, hostel, food, seniors, gym, but the only fee is a drawback because it’s too much. The college is overall best in that area. So this college cannot get negative feedback.

Admission

There was an entrance exam that was a pre-requisite for admission to that college. When you got to qualify for that exam then the counseling was held and in that, I got to this college for the M. Tech. And also according to marks, the course is divided like of marks are low then Other course and if good marks then you can take this course for post-graduation.

Faculty

5

Teachers were also doctors and were famous too. They were always ready to help us in any situation either in study or in extra cultural activity. They guide us on how to examine patients and how to talk to them so that they should tell us all we want. In the wrong thing, they scold us too but overall they were soo kind and helpful.

Remarks:

If DIAT can provide placements, this is one area where DIAT lacks. Other than this DIAT is a college that is comparable to the IITs, better than NITs for post-graduation courses for sure. Since this college is regarded as one of the DRDO colleges, it provides very good opportunities for research.

Entrance Preview:

To pursue post-graduation in IIT, you have to clear the gate examination. After scoring a good percentile you will get calls from various colleges where you will have to face the interview. I scored 99.5 percentile in the GATE exam and being the best institute for technology, I chose IIT Powai despite being selected for many other IIT.
