Likes

Common room is the first thing I like about my college
The official tournaments of both cricket and football arranged by our sports club is also the second thing I like the most
Last but not the least is our teaching methods of faculty teachers

Dislikes

The first and foremost thing i disliked about our college is the hygiene
Secondly during summer seasons atleast all the laboratory needs an Air Conditioner
Last one is the network which is not properly available inside campus

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Bachelor of technology on electrical engineering thinking that through this course i will be able to work through different fields. The faculty is much good and student ratio is also healthy. The teachers are well qualified and their teaching methods are also very well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

The all total fees structure regarding this course is roundly 5lakhs,this course is of 4 years and per semester fees is 60000. Regarding scholarship one should apply for SWAMI VIVEKANANDA SCHOLARSHIP through their official website

The name of the tech fest that has been arranged by the official tech club of our college is PARIDHI that's the biggest tech fest to be organised in eastern zone and on the other hand talking about our cultural fest which is Advaya is also the biggest cultural fest organised by our official cultural club. Life at campus is something we never expected to be happening

I got my admission through WBJEE exams and to get WBJEE application form you have to visit the official website of WBJEE. Basically the eligibility of this course is that you have to pass the earlier examinations

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course for my interest in computer science. It more or less helps in real world applications or further academic pursuits. The syllabus must be reconstructed and many useless topics and subjects can be avoided in our course.

Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
