Faculty members non staff members and the guards
The surrounding there is awesome with temples like dunagiri pandukholi
Ground are there to play sports like football cricket

Dislikes

Lack of clubs like coding clubs robotics club and many more
Too much holidays makes the course slower so at the end one night finght
Students from 2nd year are shared with branches

Course Curriculum Overview

My rank in JEE exam was 90000 . But i didn't find cse in any of the nit so almora is near to my village pithoragarh so i opt cse at BTKIT major faculty member are graduated from nit's or iit's . Exams are in every 2 months and passing final exam is tough though

From 3rd year 6 sem students can apply for placements .companies like wipro cognizant and oracale are here to connect with us. Highest package is around 15 17 lakhs and average is 6 lakh lowest is not considered to be given around 28 29% students are placed from here

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is pretty good due to government. There is private mess so it cost some high but according to me comparing to any private college it is good.for backwards students fees are even 8000 or 7500 only per semester. NSP are provided to the getters

Campus Life

Their is lack in clubs . But new clubs are opening here . Every year there is spradha sports event conducted by the college . Many fests and alummni meets are done by the final year students and groups like SAVI are here for personal development

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are awesome . None of the walls make it good but the people do quality of food is sometime good sometime not mess committee are made at starting of the year and can be changed as all members elected there are the part of us only .no rooms are available in locality

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.

UPES University brings in a different energy!!

Placement Experience:

Infy, Techno India, Brumha and many as techies are required all over. From a watchmaker to salt maker without a techie a business can't grow big. So, even though there are 500+ CSE students still 75 percent or so get placed easily from our campus.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally good for circuital branches but as for lower branches either you have to go in core which is difficult(off campus it is easy , since you have a IIT tag) but non core placements are decents . From 7th semster one become capable for sitting in interviews. Highest package is around 2Cr as for average it ranges between 22-30 lpa Almost 100% students are placed except for those who with thier own startup or try for offcampus placements. My plans are for getting a MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad or Banglore.

It is mandatory to appear for JEE Mains entrance examination for admission to Bipin Tripathi Kumar Institute of Technology College. And counseling is done by Uttarakhand Technical University, after that you go to the allotted college and get your admission done. The admission process was very nice and in an organized manner .The admission on the basis of jee mains examination that we gave and for different course the eligibility is also different the application form is available in mechanical engineering department and application process and fee submission process also held there and the application date is around 28 September 2022.
