Course Curriculum Overview

This course is easy to understand and also scoring in nature. As there is less crowd in this course, you will get admission easily. Side by side you will get maximum time to prepare for other competitive exams. There will be 2 semesters and between them there will be class tests, assignments and projects. There are tutorial class as well for each and every paper which will help you in further understanding. The semester end exams are not so difficult

Internships Opportunities

There are different internship and placement related cells and societies which release forms and you can avail for internship and get online certificates in various courses in the college. I have not taken any internship in my college

After 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Bain and Co., Gartner, KPMG, HCL, Kantar visited to hire students. Highest package was recorded Rs 36.50 lakh per annum and avg package is nearly 10 lakhs. After getting degree I will persue my masters

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee for Sanskrit hons in Hindu college is 25300 Rs for the entire year. In between you will have opportunities to avail for college scholarships and also from Sanskrit central University. Delhi University also launches 1 or 2 schemes to reduce your fees, but for that you must have reservation certificates.

Campus Life

In Hindu college you will have opportunities to involve in several types of fests like Mecca fest, Diwali fest and so on. There is a library which gives you opportunity to go and read and issue books. Class rooms are well structured and have smart boards. A beautiful ground is there inside the campus. There are several societies in the college in which you can get enrolled and learn extra skills.

Admission

The admission process is fully systematic. The candidate must be 12th pass and secure a minimum of 50 percent. Course Curriculum Overview:

My course requires a lot of analytical and logical thinking. The scope is quite wide in my course without having any professional degree too like research, analytics, finance manager etc. This course gives opportunity to gain applied skills and as we are dealing with quantitaive aspects our statistics also gets better with time. Few improvements which i would like suggest are that their should more practical and real life knowledge, currently it is very theoritically heavy. Teaching online softwares must be compulsoury so that we remain updated with technology.

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important.

Beginning of a new life- Hindu College

I choose this college as it got the NIRF rank 1 in 2024. The college is very diverse in terms of courses and students. The college has a campus area of around 25 acre. I have applied for the other colleges of north campus too but Hindu College was my first priority. I got it in the first round of common seat allocation system so I didn't need to bother to choose other colleges. I have to give cuet exam so that I can take admission in Delhi University. The eligibility for my course was to study mathematics till 12th class and the student who has given maths exam in cuet and 2 other subject and 1 language exam. Then the cutoff for this course comes in various colleges. College and course are allotted on the CSAS portal of Delhi University.
