Course Curriculum Overview
Reason I took this course was solely based on my interest. Faculty: student ratio is alright. Faculties are highly qualified. We have 3 term exam in one semester and it us not that difficult to pass those exams as mostly relative grading is done.
Internships Opportunities
Though i haven't sat for placement or internship but from what I have heard from my seniors is many big companies come here for internship and even if you couldn't get internship,you could do research internship.
Placement Experience
From 5th semester you get to sit for internship and from 7th semester you get to sit for placement. Decent amount of companies visit our campus and average placement is good and overall placement of this college is quite good and decent.
Fees and Financial Aid
Cost to study is quite reasonable and affordable. Their are several scholarship options for students especially if you are from Gujarat though very limited options for NRI students. You also get some financial assistance from this institute.
Campus Life
We have 2 major fest that are conducted in our campus,first is our annual fest Synapse and second is our tech fest iFest. We have a resource centre in our campus where you could get varieties of books to read. Classrooms are quite alright. We also have our annual sports fest that is Concours,and there are lots of clubs in our campus and lot of extra curricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels Rooms are quite alright,we have one almirah,a table and a desk and all the rooms are double/triple sharing rooms, though you might find a lot of insects and spiders in your room so you have to clean up your room first. Meals from our canteen are quite affordable and has a decent quality.
Admission
I took Jee Mains to get this college,if you are from Gujarat,you can get this college by gujcet. You can find all useful information about the application form and dates from their official website. If you belong to SC/ST ,then you get some reservation benefit. Students intake thorugh JEE mains during my time was 35% only,though it has been improved now to 50%, but it could be improved more.
