Course Curriculum Overview
The cours that I'm currently pursuing is English Hons. The faculty here is very good. And I also like the course that I have opted. Studying literature was always what I wanted and to do it from Hindu College is the best thing ever.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides the students with various opportunities to do internship. There is a society called Abhyas the internship cell which guides students so that they can grab the opportunity of doing internships and improve their cv.
Placement Experience
The college offers packages worth lakhs every year to the students. There is also a placement society of Hindu College named Disha the placement cell which guides students in getting placements. The highest package was 36.50 LPA and the average package was 10.40 LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite affordable. It's just rs. 23000 for the whole year. We are also told that earlier the fee used to be even less than this but due to the coming of New education policy it had been slightly increased. The college provides us numerous scholarships and financial assistance. We regularly get this information on our official college groups. And if a person satisfies the criteria he can easily avail scholarship
Campus Life
The social life here is very fun and colorful. There are so many societies and clubs and people can choose whatever society they may want to join according to their interest. The annual fest of Hindu College is called Mecca and it is conducted in the month of April. It is a two day event filled with lots of fun.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel of Hindu College is named Smt. Indu Punj Girls Hostel and it is one of the best girls hostel of the Delhi University. It has all the amenities including sports and common rooms. We are given three meals per day and snacks every Evening.
Admission
For getting admission in Hindu College, i gave the cuet exam. This exam took place after my board exams and i prepared for it by myself. The admission process as well as the examination process was quite easy. The syllabus was the same as of the cbse board exams and we had to literally just revise the things we had already studied for the board exams to give this exam. So overall the exam was quite easy.
Other Applied Colleges
St Stephen's College | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (English)
It's was not my first preference
