College Overview

In 1st Year there are subjects like Programming for Problem Solving in C Language, Electrical Science, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Graphics, Communication Skills and Labs of Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Science . I choose this course because my interest is in Coding. The Gender Ratio is very poor in USICT and in my class there is no Girl only boy. Some teachers are good and some are boring and there is no AC in my class. My End Semester Exam is starting from January and Practcal Exams are going on

I am a 1st year can't tell you about that right now. I will about Internship opportunities after 2 years. Currently I am learning DSA ( Data Structures and Algorithms) in C ++ Language and then I will learn Web Development and App Deveolpment

Last Year Placements of this College were very good but this Placements have gone down. Internship Opportunity is available for Students of 3rd Year and 4th Year Students are eligible for Placements. Companies like Amazon, Adobe, Rapido, etc. Visit here. TCS is mass recruiter. In 2022 Highest Package - 45 LPA Average Package - 12 LPA In 2023 Highest Package - 23 LPA Average Package - 9 LPA These are On Campus Placement Records. I will do job in an MNC Company with good Package.

I am 1st year Student. The fees is 132K for 1st Year B. Tech Students. Merit cum scholarships are also provided by the college but this is not for 1st Year Students. If you belong to EWS Catergory and your income is less there is scholarahip for that also. College also help you in startup if you have any good Idea.

Life at the campus is OK if you just want to Enjoy your college life. Campus is big with Playgrounds, Rose Garden etc. Library of GGSIPU is very good where you can get all the books related to your syllabus and other types of Books also. Previous Year Question Papers are also available. Classrooms in USICT are not good with no Smart Board no AC. Annual Festival of GGSIPU is Anugoonj.

My admission was done through GGSIPU Counselling. There were 3 Rounds and later Spot Rounds. I filled the seats and was given B. Tech in Information Technolgy in USICT, GGSIPU in Spot Round 1. Seat was given on the basis of Rank in JEE Main . Then I reported and submit the necessary documents and paid the remaining fees of 1st year and they gave me a Reporting Slip as a proof and my admission was done.
