Course Curriculum Overview

I want to pursue PhD n further so I feel this would be a significant part for my career the members are quite decent n humble All the members n lect are studying n pursuing PhD Exam conducted after 4 months of admission but class test internal assessment are regularly conducted

Class Size: 105Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I personally think the fees structure is affordable as compare to other universities because pursuing masters from a prestigious university can be expensive I didn't get any scholarship from them so I don't know about scholarship policy

Campus Life

Campus life is something every student want to live once the environment vibes around there is amazing campus are very large n well maintained n looking like a prestigious university sports complex are also very well structured n beneficial for those who took participate in cultural clubs

Admission

I opt for entrance exam for masters n cleared it after my graduation in BA I came to know about by some YouTube channels n official DU sites After results there were many sections for reserved categories After this entire process I want punctuality from the department n to be more careful

M.A. POLITICAL SCIENCE IN DRC

We don't have classes in our respective colleges in masters . We have our classes in faculty of social science which is just opposite to drc building and the good thing is all students around 300 of study in same class together .
Great infrastructure, ac installed in the fss and satyakam building.
Highly qualified faculty and helpful throughout the course.

Dislikes

Since our classes are held in faculty of social sciences building and not in respective colleges so we don't get to experience the exposure of our colleges .
But what I have seen in drc while visiting for documentation work, the infrastructure is not really great and but they are building new ones and trying to make in better.
Fee is too high compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of our course offers various branches of political science, like comparative politics, political theory, international relations, security studies, gender and ir, public administration, indian polity , social exclusion, etc which enriches your understanding of the domestic and international politics.

Faculty is very cooperative and they help you if you finding problems related to academic issues
Our lectures venue is at department which are in north campus and south campus.in college there is no social interaction for masters students.
faculty experience is quite good ,its like average

Dislikes

Washroom of college is not so good and also playground is also small for playing cricket
No social interaction in college because our all classes are held at departments
You also don’t know about what activities or extra curricular activity are going on college.

The study material of delhi university in political science In which it follows the syllabus mostly of Cambridge University. Readings are only available in English in which many difficulties are faced by hindi medium students .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course as I was interested in International relations and it's one of the best universities for the same. Teachers are excellent and with fewer few students, the faculty gives attention to each one of the students. One needs to pay thorough attention in class to pass the term exam. All teachers are well qualified and have excellent research experiences.

I Pursued my B.A Degree from this college at first by applying for the entrance exam and after completion of the UG Degree i applied for M.A Course but students completing their UG Degree from any recognized university can apply for the M.A course.

Remarks:

The management is very efficient and helpful. Though after the expansion in number of seats, there is some problem faced by students in the first semester, the administration tries it's best to make the experience pleasant for everyone.
