Likes

I like its campus there is a lot of greenery everywhere.
Fee structure, as it is really low compared to other colleges.
It has really a big campus, including lake.

Dislikes

Peoples are really bad here you cannot trust on anyone.
Hostel timings, girls are not allowed to stay outside of hostel after 7 and in winters after 5.
Behavior of warden and caretakers of hostel is also not good

I have chosen this course because I have done diploma. There are 86 students in my class actually in my section, 50 are boys and the rest are girls. There are 2 mid-semester sem and one end-semester exam each semester.

Placement Experience

Placements are good if you know. Companies come here and students get nice Placements the only thing that matters is your skill. If you have the potential then you can crack it. Many students also get off-campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite low as this is a government college. The fee for btech is 32000 each sem and the hostel fee is 5000 per sem. The mess bill is monthly. There are usually scholarships based on state like government scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life is based on your friend circle. If your friends are good then everything is fine. There is only 1 cultural fest in our college and one tech fest in march or April. Books are easily available in the library.

Admission

For admission, we have to give an entrance test, leet. Eligibility for that is a diploma without any backlog. The application form is available on the college's website. Application fees are 1k for girls. All the updates will be provided to the email you provided.

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college.
