The Good college and very good.

The course curriculum is quite good with moderate pressure throughout the semesters except for a few semesters difficulty level is high varying with branches in various semesters . Faculty members are very good with high qualifications and very efficient in their respective fields. The teaching methods of faculty vary.. some are quite good but some make the classes too boring. The faculty and student ratio is 1:4.

Internship opportunities are quite good students are encouraged to the internships various companies visit including core and tech companies to offer students from various departments. Information in more detail is clearly mentioned on the GKCIET website.

Placements are quite good on the campus GKCIET especially trains and encourages the students to sit for internships and placements. A student is eligible to sit for the internships at the beginning of the third and placements from the beginning of the third and placements from beginning of the final year .. a student can manage to get a PPO after completing the internship in the 3 rd which is also encouraged by the student. The other criteria regarding placements and intership are quite well-defined in the GKCIET

Studying at government universities we do need to pay 9000 per semester for the B.Tech courses. The fee hike for the general students is mainly after the reservation policy was applied for SC students and they do need not to pay any amount of fees. The tuition mess fees is also required per semester which is 8000 which also adds a big amount to the existing cost of tuition.. various scholarship assistance is there for students belonging to low-income family varies in income range and meritorious scholarship is also provided by the institution.

Life on campus is quite good. It comes with a total area of 100 acres with huge greeneries and 3 hostels to accommodate girls and boys. campus walk and night walk are quite interesting. There are two fests throughout the year and books and journals are sparsely available in the library and those are easily accessible, classrooms are highly efficient with ac and smart boards and charging points and microphones, there are lots of extracurricular and there are clubs run by students info available.

For this eligibility required for this is, an individual needs to qualify for the Wbjee exam with the required marks and clear the cutoff according to the category of the student (if the student belongs to the category ) a student needs to get the marks required or clear the general cutoff to get any seat in Ghani khan Choudhury institute of engineering and technology.
