Course Curriculum Overview
I was willing to get a specialized course instead of cse because I already knew that if I took cse then it would be difficult for me to study instead to do specialization in one field. All the facilities are good, before taking admission I researched about college and its faculties and I also visited to them they were motivated towards their work. I encountered one of the senior faculty of mechanical engineering they said students want placements without hard work if they will work hard surely they will succeed.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers a summer research internship program. But I don't know that will they offer an internship with stipend. It is like a summer program. After the completion of the semester-end exam in the summer, students start working on the chosen topic and work for two months.
Placement Experience
Placements are provided on the campus. Companies offer placement as follows:- Avg package:- 8-10 lakhs, Median package:- 4.5 lakhs, Highest package:- 52 lakhs. The college has collaborated with many Japanese companies. Bravesoft, GA Technologies, SANTEC Corporation, etc like other companies visit every year for campus placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are a little bit higher for the middle class. The fees structure for 4 years is as follows:- 1st year:- 150000 + 10000 exam fees + 5000 books 2nd year:- 150000 + 10000 exam fees + 5000 books . 3rd year:- 150000 + 10000 exam fees + 5000 books + 5000 industrial training. 4th year:- 150000 + 10000 exam fees + 5000 books + 5000 project work.
Campus Life
The campus is 100 acres. Here sports grounds, and gyms, are provided. Various types of clubs are also available. Hostels are good you will get the required things on the campus itself. The hostel room includes a cupboard, bed, and table chair.
Hostel Facilities
NMAM has separate hostel blocks for Boys and Girls Hostels provide a good environment for the students to continue their studies in a good atmosphere. Institute has 7 boys' hostel and 4 girls’ hostel blocks on the campus. Each hostel is managed under the supervision of a Manager and co-workers at the hostel.
Admission
I got admission through Nucat Exam. Admission is done on a rank basis. Forms will be available on the Nucat Nitte website. I don't think there should not any improvement in the admission process, the admission process is easy and simple. Note:- You can get a scholarship on the basis of rank. Upto 200 rank scholarships are available.
