I liked the college environment and many teachers are really friendly especially lab instructors

No wifi network in the college and can't use clg wifi as it is slow

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is really good and the teaching methods are attractive sometimes and sometimes boring but they bring a smile on our face most of the times by lighting the mood of class .The exam timing is comfortable and accurate

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our college has assigned mentors for students who will guide them in the internships , the students over there learn a lot as they will be dealing with real life challenge in their respective fields or the tasks given by their mentors.

Fees and Financial Aid

The normal fees for my course is 3 lakh and 10000 per semester but I got scholarship seat by which my fees is 1.6 lakh .My friend who opted for the same course but couldn't get qualified has to pay 3 lakh and 10000 per semester and for the hostel it is different ,For a room which can accommodate three people the feels is 70k and 2 people 90k and single room costs more ig (according to my friends) The people who are joining nitte for enjoyment and studies can join as it is a great experience in the college but it has many restrictions like can't use phone in the class after the clg has ended , and we have to run from places to places if we get absent due to medical reasons for getting attendence.

Campus Life

The Annual fest is called incredia and we will be celebrating it in 3 days. I would definitely say that this college has varieties of books available in library and the technologies within the classrooms is amazing and updated. The sports activities are available for the students interested in them and there are numerous clubs in the college for everything.

Admission

I had applied for Manipal institute of technology but couldn't get qualified as I wasn't prepared for their entrance exam. The process of admission in our college is convenient as there are number of people to guide u around the campus during admission.

Faculty

All the faculty members are good at their work and have knowledge abt the subjects plus many shout but at last they r humans and need rest from long lectures ,they scold us for our own benefit and guide us.

Night Life

I haven't experienced night life in the college but according to my friend the night life in college is absolute cinema as they can roam anywhere plus they can eat food outside the campus either veg or non veg

Nitte: My review on my college

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Placement Experience:

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Placements for all branches are available..Even for ECE department coding is thought..A really good percentage of students have been placed with good packages previous years..Some of the companies that visit are Infosys, JP Morgan, TCS, and startups.. Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

MIT Bengaluru-The College Beyond Exxpectations

Placement Experience:

Students here are eligible for placements or internships right after the 3rd year. Mit Bengaluru is planning to make its students placement merging with its parent clg Mit Manipal. Currently none of the placement record is there as the first batch is in 3rd year only.None of the companies have visited for placement b ut companies like IBM, TCS do come for their talks. I have no plans as of now what will I do after a degree.

NMAMIT is naturally beautiful!

There's an example names NUCAT which we have to give to get admission here. Also, the courses choice are made available to us only after the entrance result as CSE and EC and AI are topmost and therefore entrance toppers get it first. Only 75 seats in our course and it also accepts only the top scorers....Read More

K-CET which is Karnataka State Entrance examination is the medium for Karnataka students to get into NMAMIT or any other engineering colleges for that matter. Admission starts through a counselling program where as per our scores and ranks, the colleges of the state are listed. I had applied during the MIT's counseling process, had gotten a seat in MIT, bangalore. But it was a new branch and nobody around me knew much about the branch at that time.
