Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Everything was good. curriculum was very vast but detailed but the only thing that has to be taken under consideration is more details about the subject and the maximum time that should be devoted to semesters. the semester should be of proper 6 months not more not less

Placement Experience

3.5

Not yet got any information about placement related to my subject but got to hear that the college gives the best placement ranging from 1.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh per year which is quite good and can be considered.

Fees and Financial Aid

Everything is good but can be better. The fee is good also there are many scholarships so that students who can't afford them can have their choices of admission to their favourite colleges. It was good, therefore.

Campus Life

5

The campus is very very beautiful. The infrastructure is the best I can't find more realistic and natural beauty anywhere else. The red bricks make us feel crazy about the campus. Everything is well maintained.

Admission

No entrance was there. The admission was on the basis of the overall percentage. The first four main subjects were taken into consideration and then the final percentage was taken out and then cuts-offs were released and admission was considered

Other Applied Colleges

Kirori Mal College - [KMC] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Geography)

Because I heard that Geography dept of Miranda House had much exposure.

Placement Experience:

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. Even leaders like Barrack Obama too had an interaction with SRCC students in an open air event.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are available for all semesters but the offers are more the students in third year. The offers came form many reputed companies like Deloitte, EY, NSDC and more. The highest packages offered were 24 LPA. Almost 75 to 80 percent students got the campus placement. I did not sit for the placement as I was beginning my preparation for UPSC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For psychology everything is good, the course the topics everything is very real world applications based. However there is less scope for it in india but in abroad one can do well. I really like learning about mental disorders, they open a new world to me and a better understanding of the people with disabilities. For Areas of improvement all i can suggest is giving lesser readings, since there is a lot of readings to cover it becomes a headache for some students. Also there shoulf be more practical based subjects rather thsn just theory ones.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum I took is okay considering the low placement percentage from the college's side which is I would say sometimes bad and good at the same time as the students can find their own way around such things. Faculty just complete the topics. we have to study ourselves.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very active. They hold internships round the year and provide reliable placement at the end of last year. Placement mainly depends upon per student skill rather than the course variability and considering most of the humanities courses are less employable if taken only on the basis of course. However skills are the main deciding factor
