Fees and Financial Aid
My yearly fees was round off 17500 , I got NSP scholarship . My subject is BA(H) Geography, and the faculty is very good . We have advanced labs , with all the facilities required for GIS and Remote Sensing. Our college also provide Disaster management as a disciple, and we have allied society for the same . The overall Experience of the department is fabulous.
Campus Life
Yes I liked the societies , there are many , dance singing drama . I am the research intern and completed 2 research within 2 years . Also , the college provides scholarship to students who are in financial need
Admission
I applied to Jamia millia Islamia. But I wanted to explore DU , so I left Jamia and applied for Geography in Miranda House, DU . Also , the college culture of DU is far better than any other 1 tier college
Faculty
Student faculty ratio is good . We have 3 sections in our class. I like faculty of Department of geography and Political science. Also the Physics and botany department as well . Almost every Student do pass the exams
Interview Experience
No , the admission was solely on the basis of meditation in CUET examination. There was no other criteria for admission. CUET exam covers syllabus of 12th standard and exam is of MCQ , so very easy to clear
Night Life
DU library is open 24/7 . The Vice chancellor lawn in the evening is must visit. The students generally wander around kamla nagar and gtb nagar . Campus is safe and sudama chai is famous here. Kamla nagar is the shopping hub for us
