fees is afordable for all categories and good practicals lab and good sportd dept.Their is only nad thing is that mess staff.

Entrance exam was SLIET ENTRANCE TEST. I gave that exam and make qualify rank then i got admission . yes their is a interview process. i jave dont B.Tech in Instrumentation and control Engg.

I have done Instrumentation and control Engg. I got good knowledge in practical. provided all practical inst. yes, too much initiative taken by the institute. There are elective subj. choose. which you are interested. You can choose your subj.

Yes, their are providing internship. their is no internship fees. Staff gave full knowledge of internship. their is also work shop system.

Qualify exam condicted by company. then shortlisted candidates selected for personal interview. Last year their was appr. 60% placed students. companies Ralson,Trident,

Yes fees was affordable as compare to other colleges. In which B.Tech their was 26000 rupees including Hostel rent for one semester.

for scholarship college helps. Their is sikh minority scholarship for sikh students. no any other scholarship loan.

I am a hosler. Their were sharing and single both rooms. In first two year i got share rooms. in final year their is a rule to give single rooms to every final year std. and M.Tech students. their is also PG facility. I pay only 2200 per month for mess. other hostel charges are included in semester fees 26000.

nice intrection with alumni. college provided proper platform.

Exam Structure

No i was not tired. am happy in exams and labs. i got full knowledge from my college staff

Minimum Qialification for teaching is M.Tech. all faculty is very hardworking and have good knowledge of their field. They give a knowledge and give extra affords.

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)

I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

Placements are good in this college in this college previous year average package was 9 lakhs 50 thousand and highest package was 60 lakhs but in this college number of students are very high so competition also increases.

I only looked for government colleges as they are affordable and well-reputed. I applied for several colleges and got selected for IIFPT Thanjavur and GGU Bilaspur but I wanted to study mechanical engineering and out of all options, this college was best known for its mechanical engineering course and lab facilities. I choose this college honestly as it was a centeral government college under josaa and has significantly less fees which would help me save for my master's . I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
