- Campus life is quite happening especially the eveings.
- There are many places to eat inside the campus.
- We get many sports facilities in the campus.
Dislikes
- There is an in time for boys which is 10pm which can be changed to atleast 11pm
- Class hours are very hectic with almost 6 hours class everyday.
- The campus is not closed so the nearby residents keep crossing our campus
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of the scope it has in the near future. Student to faculty ratio here is quite good. The quality of teaching is amazing. Exams happen every 2 months. We have a mid-semester and an end semester.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies which come with internship opportunities. The stipend offered varies between 10k-50k depending upon the branch. If somebody does not get an internship they have to do the project under a professor.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester. There are many companies in every sector that visit our college. The highest package of our college is 83 lacs and the average package is 14 lacs. Almost 98 per cent of students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study here is very affordable and the hike in fees every year is moderate and comparable to other government colleges. There are many scholarship opportunities for underprivileged students.
Campus Life
There are three annual fests, namely culfest which is the cultural fest, ojass which is the technical fest and urja which is the sports fest. The library here is well-updated with all the relevant books available. Classrooms are modern and air-conditioned. There are many sports opportunities and we have clubs for everything in college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are spacious with a bed, almirah, study table and chair. Meal quality in mess is good and better as compared to other government colleges. Registration for a hostel is done during the time of admission itself and the hostel and mess are quite affordable. I don't think renting a pg outside campus is allowed.
Admission
To be eligible for the course one needs to give jee main and secure required percentile which varies every year. Application forms and dates can be found on different websites like collegedunia etc. I did not avail any reservation benefits so I don't have any knowledge about the same.
