The production and Industrial Engineering department has various scopes in every sector like Manufacturing, Design, Production, etc. Faculties are very kind and they provide good knowledge. All the faculties are P.Hd holder and their teaching methods are very nice. Exams are conducted like Midsem and Endsem each semester and If a student study well then easily can pass otherwise difficult to pass.

At the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur Jharkhand, Internship opportunities are very impressive as many students got Internships. Many Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Steel, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Uber, Dream11, Meeshi, Delhivery, etc visit campus for Internships with stipends of more than 15K per month.

Placements are very impressive at the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur. 5th Semester onwards, Companies visit for internships and from the 6th semester onwards Placement offers start. The highest package from the department of Production and Industrial Engineering Department is 32 LPA and the average package is 11.87 LPA in the year 222-23. Overall placement is 97%.

Tuition fees is 62500 and can increase with order Centra Government of India through a proper fee hike policy. There are so many Scholarships are there which students can avail of at state wise and national levels for example National Scholarships Portal (NSP).

There are so many clubs to enhance students' soft skills for a better future. Annual fest like Culfest,Ojass, Urja, Kavi Sammelan ,etc . Central Library is also available on the Campus with a lot of books in every field u want. A sports fest like Urja is there in which all the games are available. College websites run by college students, so many clubs like Revanta, Drift Racing, Faces, Etc.

Eligibility criteria is a 12th pass with Subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Math with a minimum 75% aggregate. Application Form available at NTA website as JEE Mains conducted by NTA. Reservation criteria are also there. For OBC, SC, and ST with low ranks, a good branch was obtained. For SC and ST tuition fees are zero.
