Course Curriculum Overview
After finishing my graduation from DU with BMS, I was firm with my fundamentals which are required for a management course and wanted to learn more before steping into the corporate world and so I decided to pursue MBA from an IIM. The faculty is based out majorly from IIT KGP and is overall satisfactory.
Internships Opportunities
I was assisted with the opportunity to work as a Summer Intern at NIVIA Sports Pvt Ltd for the Market Research Role by Corporate Relations IIM Raipur and it has been a tremendous learning experience for me to drive my career forward by taking all the marketing fundamentals into action.
Placement Experience
In the month of December typically in 2nd year onwards, the final placement process starts in which many well-reputed companies come with extravagant offers to the eligible candidates. Every year IIM Raipur achieves 100% Placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
With the present structure, it is difficult to determine the exact price hike policy but on average 20% hike is the YoY. With my SIP I was assisted by the Placement Cell of our college to get an internship at NIVIA Sports Pvt Ltd.
Campus Life
Karmaanta 23' was the fest that was conducted in the month of March and it was our flagship event. Most of the publications are available in our IIM Raipur Library. The Classrooms are decent and various ECA is available around the campus such as Badminton, Tennis, Gym, volleyball, etc.
Hostel Facilities
Our batch was provided single-room occupancy and it was a CoEd hostel in which Men and Women shared rooms on different respective floors. The messy food is fine on most days. The affordability is immense and the basic needs shop is also available in Campus itself.
Admission
For the CAT exam, one is required to have a graduate degree and a decent percentile in the exam. The application form is available on the net itself and the fee is 2000 for form-filling purposes. The admission process was smooth and GD should be included in the selection process for the candidate.
Interview Experience
No GD was conducted as of the 2022-2024 batch and the Interview questions were majorly based on my past learnings and experiences it was conducted properly by teachers of IIM T, I took GDPI preparation from IMS Delhi which helped me immensely.
