Course Curriculum Overview

The Department of Zoology is very Frank and open to any type of input, innovative ideas, and many more things. If one is not understanding anything they will try their level best to solve it at an individual's level. So, faculty members are nice.

Fees and Financial Aid

The amount of scholarship is very much in college. The fee is normal and the opportunity is also good so overall a good college. In our college, Placement cell is also there in various courses so overall a good one.

Campus Life

Our annual fest is called SABRANG and this year it's being held in the month of February. Yes, Deshbandhu College has the best library of All the DU colleges. Yes, classrooms are good with smart boards and proper ventilation. Yes, they are having a lot of Games, and sports.

Admission

Have not given any entrance yet,l. This year my B.Sc is going to over then I will apply for M.Sc entrance in different exam formats for example- BHU, CUET, JNU, and many more. I will try my best to crack the exam and pursue my M.Sc with full dedication as I did my best in B.Sc. The time when I got admission it was easy and smooth in the college.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

I applied to the entire delhi university and got this college in my first preference and overall I was satisfied with the same because of the nirf ranking of the college. Also, I heard a lot about the faculty from some of my cousins who have been an alumni of this college that the faculty is way too good.
