One has to appear in WBJEE and clear the cutoff. After Exam, you have to go through the counselling process where you will find the name in the list. Once the results of Counselling are announced and the seat allotted to you in the University in whichever stream you have opted for. You have to visit the Campus for Physical verification. Now if you want to take admission go for it but if you want to participate in the second round then you will be provided with a form to fill out and submit it. Again after the declaration of the second round results you have to do the same process, In my time when went through Although the procedure of admission is the same for all the rounds only change is that in a mop-up round you have to pay separate money for it irrespective of what you have paid before. IMPROVEMENT- It should not be compulsory to visit campus for physical verification if not taking admission.

The only reason to choose this course is that I wanted to continue in this field. There are 7 permanent faculties and the rest are guest faculties. The total no. of students in each stream is 35. All the Faculties are very well qualified to be here and they do their job very well, especially the current HOD. Exams are conducted time the difficulty level to pass is not much, very similar to any other general college in this country.

Here comes the best part of the University its fee, this is one of the universities or colleges in Bharat which offers such a value-for-money course to students. One has to pay only 60000rs for the whole course. If you belong to West Bengal then you can go for the scholarship of 60000rs per year provided by govt. and if from other states then you have to enquire about that respectively.

There are a total of 6 fests organized in the hostel by each hostel in the university on the occasion of the birthdate of the corresponding hostel. The library is huge, you won't find any subject whose book is not there because our university offers varieties of courses from all the streams such as science arts and commerce. Sports culture and facilities are also one of the best here and the Physical Education department is one of the most famous and best departments of the university in terms of facilities provided by the university for the performance of the students in national-level tournaments both. There are many Social groups like coding clubs, cultural clubs etc.

Hostel facilities are also great you will be provided with one bed, chair and table. one has to stay with a room partner for the first half of the course and a single room for rest. The registration process is simple you have to visit the Admin building, take the form fill it and submit it with the required documents to the steward of the hostel I will suggest one should contact any senior residing there to make the process easier for them because that's a little difficult thing to describe here. the fees are great 1200 per month and 1500 security money.
