Remarks

The admission process involves taking the CAT exam and appearing for the Interview process individually for each college. The application form, fee structure, and dates are available on the CAT website. I had no reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course to learn more about management and to develop relevant skills to lead a team. The faculty is extremely good with in-depth knowledge about the course. They try to keep the class interactive with case discussions, quizzes, panel discussions, etc.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 2300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The academic fee is 23 lakhs for two years. Financial help is given to students with low family incomes. Scholarships are available based on merit. The placement report is available on the IIMC website for each batch,

Campus Life

7 lakes fest is the annual business and cultural fest of IIM Calcutta. Classrooms are well equipped with the required amenities. Books are distributed for each course by the administrations and other books and journals are easily available in the library.

Honestly college is not very good but yes average

Placement Experience:

Placements are good sometimes but not exactly sure because some batches are not placed somes are placed or somes are not then they trying to get placement for own if i talk about the percentage of placement then i would say 60% not 100%,for 3rd semester students are eligible for placement & one terms is here that is 75% attendance is mandatory for getting placement, i have visited 3-4 companies & they offer 3.7-4 lpa package,my plan after getting the degree, firstly i looking for a company around 4-5lpa package then i started to develop my self

Honest Review of BIBS

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

We get from internship opportunities and placement from our college. Companies like Reliance, ITC, Rollick, cavin kare, Reckitt, EY and many visit our campus for final placement. We become eligible to appear for placement from the 3rd semester onwards

Placement Experience:

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

Best MBA College in Kolkata

Placement Experience:

Last semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the companies visited - TCS, WIPRO, MICROSOFT, TATA, IBM , AMAZON etc. 51,00,000/yr highest package and average package 5,50,000 as per company and profiles offered. 97% students are getting placements. My plans start a business after getting the degree.

Remarks:

Only good remarks I can give for my college, but one bad thing is that it's very far away from my place as I stay in Howrah it took around 2 to 2½ hrs journey for college.

My College Review

Remarks:

College course structure is good but as faculty are not good implementation is bad. Need company visit and better placement. More focuses on MBA rather than the additional courses. Apart from this, it's a good college.

Remarks:

The good thing about this college are the activities that take place every Saturday, which is quite interesting and knowledgeable. The bad thing about the college is that the departments are divided on the basis of their courses so the students do not gather as a whole bunch of college.

The eligibility for this course is having a bachelor's degree with minimum of 55% of marks and then the cut off for CAT exam varies from student to student. They calculate the composite scores for every student considering different factors like academic background, work experience, gender diversity, past academics, etc. I would recommend that the institute should have a fair shortlisting criteria which should be disclosed to everyone because I saw people topping the CAT exam still not getting calls from institute because of their strict criteria especially for general engineer male....Read More

Enrolling at IIM Kolkata was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I enrolled in an MBA at IIM Kolkata due to my strong interest in the subject.
