Remarks

You'll be guided about the admission process to the college. You won't face any kind of problem in that matter. The only issue that was faced by many students was that the documents verification was done by a limited number of faculty due to which the queue was very long and people had to wait for hours.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty was really good and helpful. They were always ready to guide you and help you. Internal exams were given taking students into the consideration. Few teachers were very lenient whereas few teachers were very strict. So, a good balance was maintained throughout.

Internships Opportunities

The placement cell of the college is not active much. There aren't many internships and placements. But in the upcoming years, the placement cell would be developed and managed properly and students will get the opportunity to participate in internships and placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure at Delhi University is very affordable. There are a lot of scholarship benefits that students can avail themselves. Also, there are a lot of programs that Delhi University launches for aiding students with fee-related issues.

Campus Life

The campus life of Delhi University is very amazing. Libraries are well updated and have books on all the subjects. Student-run societies are the most popular at Delhi University and indeed they are very amazing. The fests and the events that they conduct are good.

Life at Deshbandhu

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is amazing, bringing many internship and pre-placement offer opportunities to the students. The average package being between 5-7 LPA, and the highest package grossing over 20 LPA. Around 60-80% of the students get placements. If i don't get a placement, I'd presue higher studies.

From 5 semester students are eligible for college placements and my college placements on a scale of 10 is 6 . It's good compare to other colleges also name of the companies that visited in our college are DE SHAW &CO, EY, AMAZON and many more. Highest package offered last year was 23 LPA and average package is 7 LPA . 45% of students get placements from campus my plans after getting my degree is to give MBA exam

I applied to almost all colleges offering the course that i have chosen, i got confirmed admissions in majority of them, however I chose this college because of it's location, unique exposure and the faculty. However, some of the colleges I applied to rejected me too, as this course is highly competitive and very few colleges offer this course, I acknowledge that I am not the best and hence I lost my spot in those colleges. Interest in Business and Economics and getting a DU Degree is the only reason to go here in 2025.

There are only 10 colleges offering BBE in Delhi University. So, therefore, the course is high in demand. It is a professional course so the college is still in the process of adapting to a professional setting. I applied for all other colleges offering BBE in DU, and got admitted here via the Common University Entrance Exam (CUET). My preference was to go to Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce to pursue this same course, but the cutoff for the same is very high.
