I opted to study here. I was inspired and prepared to make a difference in the world. My university even equipped me with the skills I needed to improve. I applied through an application form, and my application fee was around Rs.1000. The documents required by my university were my official transcripts, a statement of purpose, and a personal interview. I was required to submit my JEE score of 95.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my program, I gained an understanding of the theoretical foundations of computing and, the modelling and design of Artificial Intelligence systems. I was even taught about the recognition and analysis of ML-based AI problems along with their ethical implications. My experienced professors made use of Project work, seminars, Class tests, assignments, tutorials, viva-voce, and laboratory assignments, to provide me with an in-depth understanding of my field.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 1600000 per year

Placement Experience

My seniors were able to land a Job at the Hottest Companies like Bridge & Roof Co. Ltd., Veritas, IBM, MathWorks, Oyo, Oracle, Goibibo, Optum Unitedhealth Group, Tredence, First American, Posoco, Dalmia Cement, and Prism Cement. Each year the careers fairs, workshops, and presentations attract more than 600 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors; no other university works harder to get my career off the ground.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My tuition expenses were around Rs.16,00,000, I even had to submit a Mandatory fee of around Rs.1,00,000. My Books & Supplies cost was around Rs.1,20,000, and my food and housing expenses were around Rs.2,00,000.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I had applied for an entrance scholarship, This Scholarship incentive equates to Rs.1,00,000 off my tuition fees over the course of my first 2 semesters of studies. The aid was really helpful for me.

Campus Life

My university has a playground for playing football, Cricket, Hockey, and other games. It is also having a Sports Complex for providing various types of outdoor and indoor games to us. There are many ways for us to get involved on campus and we hope to serve as a connection point for students in finding the opportunity that is right for them.

IIT Guwhati has the most beautiful campus across the country

Placement Experience:

The students from the 7th semester for B.Tech & BDes and the 4th semester for MTech, MSc, MBA, MS, and MDes are eligible for placements. The maximum number of companies visited in the year 2021 was from the information technology and software sectors and the maximum offers were made for the computer science & engineering department students. The highest package offered in the year 2021 was 70 lakh per annum and the average package offered was 21.42 lakh per annum.

The college placement is as per the industrial standards and norms. The college has a very good record of 100% placement. The college placement cell plays a major role in the placement process as the cell is fully responsible for our packages and as well our performance in the placement rounds as they fully guide and train us for the placements rounds. The highest package for our batch was around 25 LPA and the average package was approx 12 LPA.

Review of My Post Graduation College IIT Guwahati

Remarks:

Atmosphere in IIT Guwahati is excellent . One can use his/her time in a useful way as so many facilities from studying to playing ,swimming and everything is there in the IIT Guwahati campus. Some points which I want to mention as negative remarks from my side is that placement for Mtech specially for civil engineering branch is not that much as it should be.

Entrance Preview:

GATE, AIR 556, Percentile 99.6, I opted majorly because of two reasons. The computer science department was renowned for its faculty. The heavenly beautiful campus offers ultimately serene and peaceful atmosphere for studies.

NIT Silchar Everything You need to know

I chose this collgege because it is in my homestate has a great allumni connection , great placement and highly qualified faculties. The other colleges I applied for were NIT Durgapur , AEC,NIT callicut,IIIT Pune,NIT Andhra Pradesh. NIT SIlchar has largest campus amomg all these colleges...and a great placement. I couldn't get into NIT Calicut because my rank was not good enough, I got NIT andhra Pradesh CIvil but I didn't like the branch . This is good college overall and it's placement record is far better than other private colleges and most of NIT so I choose here CSE . Is NIT Silchar a good University?

Ine josaa counseling , I had applied it for NIT Silchar and Assam University Silchar. NIT Silchar is found to be better than Assam University in various rankings like NIRF ranking etc. Students have to appear for joint entrance examination to get admission in b.tech courses in NIT Silchar.
