A good college with good placement in low fees.

My admission process was smooth.I got 4000 rank in wbjee and got admitted in the college. I only want that the college must give privilage to other states students also. The infrastructure of the college is overall good but not the best. The college should give permission to use any field to play sports. Campus life is good as i have made friends and there is canteen also. I am in 2nd year so let's see how the placememt goes. Overall i think my college is good.

I opted for a Electrical and Communication engineering course. I chose this beacuse my rank was not that enough to get CSE in that college. Our college has some good teachers who helps us when we we get a problem with any topic and some of them are friendly. Especially Lab teachers are very good and they teach very well. Some of the teacher's knowledge is outstanding. There are 60 students in my section and for every subject and lab, there aredifferent teachers. Term exams were timely also in the covid situation. The exams were in online mode and in MCQ types. i have maintanined 9.51 YCGPA.

When I took admission, the college told me that the fees are about 4 lakhs and still it is the same. The college has not increased their fees for us and also not for the new students due to covid. when we compare the fees of our college to other colleges it is very less. The fees are bearable. Apart from normal fees, they only take the fees for examination. Right now i am in my second year so i have not entered in scholarship. But many bengali students are studying having scholarship benefits.

Due to covid, no fest have been conducted in my 2 years. But i heard that the college fest was conducted in december. i have only been to college for 1 month and then again pandemic starts. I have not much explored college but i can say my college life quite well but not good. There is big library also which has many books. I have also issued the books from there.The classroom is also very big and there are many rooms. we can play sports on one ground only. There are many groups which were run by students like coding groups, sports group, Rotaract club, and many others.
