Mayur Jagannath Bari's Review On Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute - [VJTI], Mumbai

I took MHT-CET 2016. I scored 157 out of 200. It is government aided autonomous college. It is one of the oldest college in country. It has large campus situated in central Mumbai.

The office of the Training and Placement Officer is housed in the Mechanical Annex building. The adjoining seminar halls are used for conducting written tests, group discussions and other activities related to training and placement. MCA, B.Tech. Production and PG FDC have in-plant training as an integral part of the course.

Fee structure of VJTI is very feasible. Students can pay online fees through State Bank of India (SBI Collect).

List of scholarships provided by college rajarshi Shau Maharaj Scholarship , Scholarship for Financial assistance to Meritourious Student, Scholarship for Physically Handicapped Students, Free Studentship for the Children of Secondary School Teacher and Non Teaching Staff.

We have semester pattern in VJTI. Practicals are conducted under continuous evaluation process. For theoretical part we have three examinations per semester. Out of those two are in-sem tests and one is end semester test. VJTI has implemented much valued credit system.

All faculties are well qualified. Most of the faculties of our college are PhD or M.Tech. in particular subject. They are assisted with students as T.A.s. They motivate the students for extra curricular activities, research and innovations. The communication between the students and teachers is very easy.
