Remarks
There was amazing counseling by the college representatives and the teachers and it was really moving and motivating. We can also look into so many career opportunities. The college premises is very well built and the environment is very positive with the teachers being very helpful. I had no such quota for applying and I got admission very easily and was very helpful and made very easy.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen BSc Economics and it would give me in-depth knowledge of economics and finance. There is a 1:20 ratio of teachers to students and the faculty is really good. The faculty is extremely qualified and the teaching method and the resources in the college are excellent.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities available in the college. Like Vardhan consultancy, leveraged growth and many other companies. The fests in the college provide a huge log of internship opportunities to the students of the college.
Placement Experience
After the 3rd year, we are eligible for placements and the college does provide nice placements for all branches and also provides counseling regarding this. 50% of students get placements of around 1lac to 5lac. I am planning for FRM and then MBA in finance.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a certain fee hike every year making it expensive for some students but the college does provide the criteria of extension of the dates for payment of fees. It costs 48000 per year in this college.
Campus Life
There is the annual fest named UMANG, which is really recognized and provides hell lot of experience with giving us great management skills. The classrooms are very advanced with all sorts of technological requirements for higher studies. The college is the best in Kolkata in the sports field with the best sports arena and best coaches in the college.
