I had given a competitive exam of West Bengal named WBJEE. I had got a rank of 5809. I had taken examination in this college because it's a government college and is well reputed.

As I am a fresher I don't know much but there is much facilities in the college. It has free Wi-Fi connection which enables student to be always active and do their studies.t he faculty are very helpful. In library there are computers in which students can do their activities by surfing the internet.

Companies like wipro, TCS and many more visit our college and the placement is high. Student s starting salary may be 35k to 40. You need not to worry about placement if you are good student just concentrate on your studies.placement depends upon us so just do your best and let the college do the rest for you.

In our college we have tech feast. In which all the students who are interested can take part .we have fresher's party in a large scale. There are a no. Of feast in our college .including college feast. Our college also holds many workshop in Java , photography which help you gain certificate which will be useful in your future prospects.

Fees is very cheap u had to pay a sum of 6000 in every 6 month and 1000 exam fees.the seniors will also take a sum of 1000 from the freshers for the feast held in colleges. The fees is very low . Anyone can afford it. Don't misunderstood that fees is cheap so the college is also cheap.no the college is of very high standard.

The labs and ex's are not so frequent. But the 70% attendance is compulsory so u have to go to college almost everyday lab is thrice a week including NSS .You will get enough time to study for the semester exams .The labs are also very nice .There will be a month gap between semester exam and lab exam.

After I got my rank from WBJEE they had announced a date when we can online fill a form to choose specific colleges as per our rank. Then there was a date for the 1 St round when we will get the name of the colleges in which I can join. There were 3 rounds but on the first round I had got the GCELT which is a government college so I locked this college and taken admission in it.

The faculty is good but not excellent.as we all know that in government colleges professor teaches in Bengali but I am kinda weak in bengali. So it was much difficult for me to understand the subjects.b it overall the faculty is good . The professor are helpfull and caring.
