Remarks

I heard from people that this university is very helpful for students looking for placements placing extra emphasis for students to get placement ready. The teachers are very helpful in that regard as well. The fees were also a reasonable amount compared to the other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have a preference of building a career in the field of Computer Science and that is why I chose BCA. Term exams were either held in December or July depending on the midterm or finalterm exam. The exams were a little bit difficult but not too difficult to atleast get the passing marks.

Placement Experience

4.5

Companies visiting include the likes of TCS, Amazon, Wipro and other big names. Highest salary is 1 Lakh per month and average salary offered would be around 20000 per month. Over 90% of students get placed. I have plans of completing my MCA before getting a job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are quite reasonable compared to other colleges or universities, no fee hike. If you have acquired over 90% in any subject in your Class 12 Board Exams, then they would even reduce a certain % of fees from the overall structure.

Campus Life

4.5

There are frequent boot camps, quizes, seminars held within the campus. Books are easily available in the library. There is no proper playground constructed, although they do conduct annual sports at other venues.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Sc Computer Science Faculty: Student ratio is = 4:23 may vary a bit Faculty are well Qualified & Teaching method is okay good, but not to the mark like very good or excellent. The exam term was timely (sometimes it gets a bit late due to some natural disaster like cyclone, heavy rainfall, etc or any govt. & university delays), and the exam level is nearly too difficult, something like in between moderate to difficult.

The top recruiting companies for the course is SUN, CIPLA, etc. 80 percent of the total students get placed. After getting the degree of graduation in B PHARMACY I try to get a job in pharmacy companies like also Callidus Research Laboratories Amaze Healthcare Pvt.Ltd, Hikal Limited.

Remarks:

The positive remark is that bhawanipur college treats every student equally and always try to provide students more and more comfort and facilities into the college. Moreover I have seen that bhawanipur college never stops any student from giving exams due to attendance issues or anything. There's no pressure of attendance in the college so students feel much reliable in this college.
