Entrance Preview

AIEEE, Rank- 32586, Its a very nice,reputed college and near to my home town. A college where placement percentage are very high. Now it became an autonomous college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is also very nice. Paper printing on projects and all are also done. Good professors help the students in all possible way so that they gain knowledge and rich where they want to reach. Course curriculum of this college contain all the important things.

Internships Opportunities

No it does not provide internship as per my knowledge. So have no idea about stipend and no experience also.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are good here. Infosys and wipro or TCS comes first and takes many students. They takes in bulk. and after that few core companies and many it companies comes for the placement of rest students. students once placed are not authorized to sit for another company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship are given only to west bengal domicile holder students not to everyone even if you are needy. No loan facility. Even they charge late fine.

Exam Structure

There are two internal, viva, lab exam and then one main sem exam. These all exam happens for one semester. And there are total 8 sem in b.tech. Vivas are hectic. Actually no b.tech exams are very chilled out as all students study in last moment. If they study from beginning than it must have very chilled out.

Some faculty are very good and very knowledgeable. They help in everything. And some are just opposite. teach us anything which has no relation to reality. But problem is that ratio of good teachers are very less. So college should work on this. If faculty has no knowledge then from where students will have.

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

NIT DURGAPUR - A Detailed Breakdown

Placement Experience:

Students generally start getting their pre-placement offers from their 3rd year after completion of their internships other students gets their placement too in their final year. Starting from Apple to Google and Microsoft too hired some of our senior but the number of the students get placed in those tech giant companies is very less but there are mass recruiters too like TCS infosys PW chaitanya education TATA steel BHARAT petroleum and many other companies the offers are made based upon the eligibility of the students and the packages are decided based on the skillset and experience of the students . Highest package was 70 LPA this year and the average packages are also pretty good based upom the companies and their offers it ranges from 15-30 LPA .Almost 80-83% students gets placed but it depends on the branch of the students and their skillsets.I want to sit for GATE exam after completion of my BTech and want to persue MTech

Unveiling HITK

So, basically i gave all engineering exams and i got good marks in jee as well as in wbjee but waiting for jee councelling to get decent college of my choice unfortunately i did not got what i was expecting and thus throung my jee marks i got admission in hitk which is also a decent college.
