Remarks

I have taken admission in Keshav Mahavidyalaya in BMS because in whole DU Keshav Mahavidyalaya is one of the best college providing BMS. Out of 8 colleges, everyone put Keshav Mahavidyalaya as their 2nd or 3rd preference. For admission in BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya, the person has to clear the DU-JAT. 65% weightage is given to the DU-JAT score and 35% to the 12th score.

Course Curriculum Overview

BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya is very good. The course curriculum is well designed. All the syllabus are in accordance with Modern industry standards. It is like a mini MBA. The curriculum is well designed. The faculty members are also very good. Almost all teachers are PHd holders. They are very cooperative and friendly. The faculty-student ratio is very good. We have only 64 seats in one batch.

Internships Opportunities

The college has a dedicated placement cell that along with placements also gives students various Internship opportunities that too with some big names. They are quite good. All the students in their 3rd are able to get an internship from college. Not even that freshers and 2nd year also are able to get Internships.

Placement Experience

The placements at Keshav Mahavidyalaya are some of the best. Despite being off-campus college it is able to attract some of the big names such as Deloitte, EY to get students from the college for the placements. Last year the highest annual package offered was Rs 10 lakhs for the BMS students. 60-70% of students are able to get placement from the college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure is quite reasonable. The fee amount is very low as compared to all the facilities that the college are providing. It's only Rs 16000 per year. Also, the college is offering various scholarships to students. All the students of the EWS category are allowed to decrease their fee.

Campus Life

Campus life at Keshav Mahavidyalaya is very good. The college has also modern infrastructure such as Amphitheatre Auditoriums and Computer Labs. The college also has a lot of greenery. The environment is very good. The socities and clubs at Keshav Mahavidyalaya are some of the best off-campus of DU. They atleast have one society for every event whether it is marketing, finance or whether it is dance, music. The college also has a very big playground for the students to make them engaged in sports.

Placement Experience:

The main reason I got admission in MSI was of the placements. I think it was overhyped but yeah the college provides pretty decent placements but you have to work hard on your skills to secure a good package. Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Reliance etc. visit the college. In my course BBA, the average package was 4.5 LPA and the highest package was 7.5 LPA.

Placement Experience:

After 1st year our college provide internship and in the final year of each courses the provide campus placement but student must have maintened good CGPA and have better conversation skills our college highest package is around 11 to 12 lpa and lowest is around 300000 and average is around 350000 which is good after just under graduation,almost every student gets placed every year who have maintened good CGPA ,if we talk about my plans I have planned to sit in placements if i get good package then I will join the company otherwise I will pursue my MBA from Germany or uk

Campus life for ncweb student

I applied for this college because here the teachers are very good and understanding also they help student to solve there problem in respective manner and also this college have good facilities as compared to other colleges I heard from. Pros of my college-1-. Teacher's are very supportive, apart from syllabus, they really do tell us about current trend and technology that are in demand2- Campus is clean, good canteen food, great libraries, and very supportive seniors.Cons-1 - Extra curricular activities are there but very few.This is the only cons, currently I'm remembering.Admission Process--Admission process is like any other colleges, or universities,If you've matches with cutoff, prepare your documents, specially results (10th and 12th), if you want reservation, then caste certificate is must, along with other documents which you easily get detail from respective college.Just wanted to clear one thing, If you've cross the cutoff, and you are lacking with any documents, except results, then do come to college for admission, colleges does provide extra time for submission of you documents, and I'm really honest about it.Reason for me selecting this college over others because it the best college for computer science in entire delhi university....Read More
