Remarks
I have taken admission in Keshav Mahavidyalaya in BMS because in whole DU Keshav Mahavidyalaya is one of the best college providing BMS. Out of 8 colleges, everyone put Keshav Mahavidyalaya as their 2nd or 3rd preference. For admission in BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya, the person has to clear the DU-JAT. 65% weightage is given to the DU-JAT score and 35% to the 12th score.
Course Curriculum Overview
BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya is very good. The course curriculum is well designed. All the syllabus are in accordance with Modern industry standards. It is like a mini MBA. The curriculum is well designed. The faculty members are also very good. Almost all teachers are PHd holders. They are very cooperative and friendly. The faculty-student ratio is very good. We have only 64 seats in one batch.
Internships Opportunities
The college has a dedicated placement cell that along with placements also gives students various Internship opportunities that too with some big names. They are quite good. All the students in their 3rd are able to get an internship from college. Not even that freshers and 2nd year also are able to get Internships.
Placement Experience
The placements at Keshav Mahavidyalaya are some of the best. Despite being off-campus college it is able to attract some of the big names such as Deloitte, EY to get students from the college for the placements. Last year the highest annual package offered was Rs 10 lakhs for the BMS students. 60-70% of students are able to get placement from the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite reasonable. The fee amount is very low as compared to all the facilities that the college are providing. It's only Rs 16000 per year. Also, the college is offering various scholarships to students. All the students of the EWS category are allowed to decrease their fee.
Campus Life
Campus life at Keshav Mahavidyalaya is very good. The college has also modern infrastructure such as Amphitheatre Auditoriums and Computer Labs. The college also has a lot of greenery. The environment is very good. The socities and clubs at Keshav Mahavidyalaya are some of the best off-campus of DU. They atleast have one society for every event whether it is marketing, finance or whether it is dance, music. The college also has a very big playground for the students to make them engaged in sports.
